The method includes: determining a time domain position and a resource unit type of a first time domain resource unit based on first configuration information; determining a time domain position of a second time domain resource unit based on the time domain position of the first time domain resource unit, where the time domain position of the second time domain resource unit is at a time domain position which is different from the time domain position of the first time domain resource unit and is within a preset time period; and receiving second configuration information from a network-side device, and determining a resource unit type of the second time domain resource unit based on the second configuration information. Thus, subframe types of various subframes in D-TDD can be determined.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a base station, user equipment (UE), and a carrier scheduling indication method to resolve a problem that signaling overheads are relatively large. An embodiment method includes generating, by a processing unit, a carrier assignment indication (CAI) field of a current scheduled carrier according to scheduling statuses of all configured carriers, where the CAI field is used to indicate a total quantity of scheduled carriers in all the configured carriers and an accumulative index value M of the current scheduled carrier, and M represents that the current scheduled carrier is the Mth scheduled carrier from the 1st configured carrier to the current scheduled carrier; and sending, by a sending unit, downlink control information digital control information (DCI), by carrying the CAI field generated by the processing unit to the DCI, to UE by using the current scheduled carrier.

    摘要: The present invention relates to the field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a transmit power control technology in a wireless communications system. In a transmit power control method, user equipment performs transmit power compensation on subframes in different subframe sets by using different power compensation amounts, and sends data in the subframes by using uplink transmit powers on which the transmit power compensation has been performed. According to the solution provided in this application, smoothness of a signal-to-noise ratio of each uplink subframe can be ensured when a full-duplex technology is applied, and reception performance of the uplink subframe can further be ensured without causing excessively large signaling overheads.

    摘要: A random access method and an apparatus are described that provide improved transmission efficiency of a response message based on the response message scheduled by a plurality of PDCCHs. A terminal device receives a first control channel resource set used to monitor a common physical downlink control channel PDCCH and a second control channel resource set used to monitor a specific PDCCH that are sent by a network device. The terminal device sends a first message to the network device, and the terminal device monitors a first search space corresponding to the first control channel resource set and a second search space corresponding to the second control channel resource set to receive at least one of the common PDCCH and the specific PDCCH, to schedule a PDSCH that carries a response message of the first message.
