    Abstract: A method for processing audio data by an audio processing device according to the present disclosure comprises the steps of: receiving, from an audio reproduction device, information on reproduction environment of the audio reproduction device; generating an audio signal by processing an audio bitstream on the basis of the information on reproduction environment; generating an InfoFrame including characteristic information of the generated audio signal; and transmitting the generated audio signal and the generated InfoFrame to the audio reproduction device, wherein the audio bitstream includes a virtual reality (VR) audio bitstream or an augmented reality (AR) audio bitstream.

    Abstract: A broadcast signal transmission method includes generating, by a packetizer, a first transport packet carrying one or more fragments of a delivery object and a second transport packet carrying signaling data based on an ALC/LCT scheme. In addition, a header of the first transport packet includes offset information representing a starting byte position of a fragment of the delivery object included in the first transport packet, the header of the first transport packet includes Transport Object Identifier (TOI) information that is mapped to Uniform Resource Locator (URL) information for the delivery object described in the signaling data, the signaling data includes a real-time attribute representing whether the delivery object transmits a real-time content, and content type information presenting a type of a content; processing one or more IP packets including the first transport packet and the second transport packet to generate a broadcast signal, the processing includes encoding data in the one or more IP packets to output data of one or more Data Pipes, and interleaving data of a Data Pipe by a Time Interleaving (TI) block based on one or more virtual Forward Error Correction (FEC) blocks, frequency interleaving the interleaved data of the Data pipe; and transmitting, by a transmitter, the broadcast signal. Further, the signaling data is delivered in a transmission session separate from the delivery object.

    Abstract: A digital broadcast receiver for processing a broadcast signal, includes a tuner configured to receive the broadcast signal including Physical Layer Pipes (PLPs), wherein the PLPs carry link layer packets; and a controller coupled to the tuner, wherein the controller is configured to decode a specific PLP, acquire signaling information for header compression, wherein the signaling information for header compression includes a PLP identifier for the signaling information for header compression, profile information for representing a range of multiple protocols used to compress at least one stream, and a maximum value of a context identifier, decode another PLP to receive the at least one compressed stream based on the signaling information for header compression, and decompress the at least one compressed stream.
