    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network entity (e.g., a user equipment) may receive information that configures physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring in a search space set. The network entity may receive control information that indicates an uplink transmission, wherein a collision condition exists between the PDCCH monitoring in the search space set and the uplink transmission. The network entity may perform, during operation in a half-duplex mode, an action in accordance with a collision handling rule, wherein the collision handling rule is based on the collision condition and the search space set.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. Some aspects relate generally to control channel monitoring adaptation for a multicast broadcast service (MBS). Some aspects more specifically relate to defining an applicability of control channel monitoring adaptation for a search space that is configured for monitoring a control channel associated with the MBS. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration for a search space for monitoring a control channel for downlink control information (DCI) that is associated with the MBS. Additionally, one or more control channel monitoring adaptation parameters may be applicable to the search space. In some aspects, an application of control channel monitoring adaptation when monitoring the control channel (via the search space) for DCI that is associated with the MBS may be associated with a radio resource control state of the UE.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In some examples a user equipment (UE) may transmit a message indicative of a capability of the UE to perform one or more propagation delay compensation (PDC) operations for limited band communications. In such examples, the limited band communications may be associated with communications via a carrier having a carrier bandwidth below a threshold bandwidth and the limited band communications may be associated with a link budget for a clock synchronization service. Such PDC operations may include a timing advance (TA) based PDC operation, a round trip time (RTT) based PDC operation, or both. The UE may receive a unicast control message that indicates a PDC operation of the one or more PDC operations for the limited band communications by the UE. In accordance with the unicast control message, the UE may perform the PDC operation for the limited band communications.
