摘要: A wireless communication device can flexibly change subcarrier spacing (SCS) and/or cyclic prefix (CP) in wireless communication. The wireless communication device can transmit, in a first sidelink resource of a sidelink resource pool, a first sidelink transmission using a first configuration of suhcarrier spacing (SCS) and cyclic prefix (CP). The wireless communication device can further transmit, in a second sidelink resource of the sidelink resource pool., a second sidelink transmission using a second configuration of SCS and CP, the second configuration being different from the first configuration in terms of at least one of an SCS or a CP. The techniques allow more efficient switching between SCS and CP configurations withing a resource pool, in the same bandwidth part.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may obtain information associated with a first type of communication and a second type of communication, the first type of communication having a range requirement that satisfies a range requirement threshold and a periodicity that satisfies a periodicity threshold and the second type of communication having a range requirement that does not satisfy the range requirement threshold and a periodicity that does not satisfy the periodicity threshold. The UE may allocate one or more resources for a sidelink communication to be transmitted by the UE based at least in part on the information. Numerous other aspects are described.

The apparatus receives a configuration of sidelink transmission parameters based on at least one of a height of the UE, a UE service range, or an area of a UE location. The sidelink transmission parameters comprise a height based condition based on a height threshold. The sidelink transmission parameters indicate for the UE to transmit sidelink transmissions using a first restriction to transmit a transport block when the UE height is greater than or equal to the height threshold and to transmit sidelink transmissions using a second message and a second restriction to transmit the transport block when the UE height is below the height threshold.

Various aspects may enable an apparatus to send a message using either omnidirectional transmissions or beamformed transmission based on whether the altitude of the apparatus meets an altitude threshold. In some implementations and aspects, the processor of the apparatus may determine a type of the message and may select the altitude threshold based on the determined message type. In some implementations and aspects, the processor of the apparatus may send the message using beamformed transmissions in response to determining that the message is intended for reception by a certain type of second apparatus.

In some aspects, a mobile station may receive an indication of a first set of resources for feedback and an indication of a second set of resources for feedback, where the second set of resources are associated with a smaller quantity of cyclic shifts than the first set of resources. Accordingly, the mobile station may transmit feedback on either the first set of resources or the second set of resources based at least in part on a distance associated with the feedback. As an alternative, the mobile station may compute a timing advance associated with transmission of feedback. Accordingly, the mobile station may feedback that is shifted in time according to the timing advance. Numerous other aspects are described.
