Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless device may receive, for communications with one or more of a base station or another wireless device, information identifying that an uplink transmission on a sidelink and a downlink transmission on a sidelink are to precede an uplink transmission on an access link and a downlink transmission on an access link. The wireless device may communicate, with the one or more of the base station or the other wireless device, based at least in part on the information identifying that the uplink transmission on the sidelink and the downlink transmission on the sidelink are to precede the uplink transmission on the access link and the downlink transmission on the access link. Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for group semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) for path diversity. A method that may be performed by a node includes configuring one or more groups of user equipments (UEs) with one or more SPS resources. The node sends a downlink control information (DCI) to activate one of the SPS resources for one of the groups of UEs and transmits data to the group of UEs using the activated SPS resource. A first UE may receive data from the node using the activated SPS resource and retransmit the data to the second UE. The first helping UE and the second targeted UE may be identified based on the higher layer configuration with the SPS resources, based on information in the DCI, and/or based on information sent with the data.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for direct TB forwarding. In aspects, a relay node receives, from a source node, an indication to directly forward one or more TBs to one or more destination nodes, wherein directly forwarding includes transmitting a TB of the one or more TBs to the one or more destination nodes through only a PHY layer and a HARQ portion of a MAC layer in a protocol stack of the relay node, receives, from the source node, control information for one or more data channels configuring: one DL grant and two or more SL grants, or two or more DL grants and one SL grant, decoding one or more TBs based, at least in part, on the control information, and directly forwards the one or more TBs to the one or more destination nodes based on the indication and the control information.

Abstract: Enhanced measurements for new radio-unlicensed (NR-U) operations are disclosed. Compatible user equipments (UEs) may be configured to perform virtual full listen before talk (LBT) procedures for measurement purposes. The UEs may then compile LBT statistics derived from the virtual LBT procedures and include such statistics in an enhanced measurement report the their serving base stations. The LBT statistics provide a more direct and detailed reflection of the usage of a shared communication channel. Such UEs may further be configured to gather additional LBT statistics from transmission-based LBT procedures in addition to the virtual LBT procedures. The additional direct and detailed usage of a shared channel may then be provided in the enhanced measurement reports in accordance with described aspects.

A base station may configure a user equipment (UE) with a multiple listen-before-talk (LBT) bandwidths, where each LBT bandwidth is associated with one or more downlink control channel candidates of a search space for a control resource set. The UE may monitor the LBT bandwidths during a wakeup signal period for a wakeup signal from the base station. The UE may be configured with a total number of blind hypotheses in the set of blind hypotheses which is equal to or greater than a total number of LBT bandwidths. The UE may determine whether to wake up and monitor an on duration of a discontinuous reception cycle based on detection of the wakeup signal.
