Abstract: Plates and plate assemblies for noise attenuators and other devices and methods of making the same are described herein. An example plate assembly includes a support frame to be coupled to a body of the noise attenuator. The support frame has a plurality of radially extending ribs. The plate assembly also includes a disc-shaped plate having a plurality of openings forming flow paths to attenuate noise. The disc-shaped plate is coupled to the support frame such that pressure-induced loads on the disc-shaped plate are distributed to the plurality of radially extending ribs of the support frame.

The body further includes a set of channels formed through the body between the first and second ends. The channels extend through the recessed surface.

Abstract: A control line stabilizer includes a body defining an inlet chamber, an outlet chamber, a passageway connecting the inlet chamber and the outlet chamber, a first seat, and a second seat. A disc is disposed in the passageway and is movable between a first closed position, in which the disc engages the first seat, an open position, in which the disc is spaced away from the first seat and the second seat, and a second closed position in which the disc engages the second seat. A first spring is disposed in the outlet chamber and is operatively coupled to the disc. A second spring is disposed in the inlet chamber and is operatively coupled to the disc. The disc restricts fluid flow through the passageway by moving to the first closed position and by moving to the second closed position.

Abstract: An internal valve including a valve body, a poppet valve coupled to the valve body, a bleed valve, a stem slidably disposed in the valve body and operatively coupled to the bleed valve. The stem is shiftable from a first position wherein the poppet valve and the bleed valve are both closed, to a second position wherein the bleed valve is open, and a third position wherein the bleed valve is closed, the poppet valve is open, and the poppet valve may shift toward the closed position and the bleed valve may open in response to a pressure change. A spring seat is coupled to the stem via a retaining feature such that the spring seat is movably disposed in the valve body, and a spring is operatively coupled to the stem via the spring seat and configured to bias the stem toward the first position.

Abstract: A fluid regulator includes a balance port regulator valve and an actuator coupled to the regulator valve. The regulator valve has an inlet, an outlet, a valve port disposed between the inlet and the outlet, and a valve disc movable along a longitudinal axis between a closed position in which the valve disc sealingly engages the valve port and an open position in which the valve disc is spaced apart from the valve port. The actuator is responsive to fluid pressure to move an actuator stem along the longitudinal axis. A connector assembly operably and removably connects the valve disc to the actuator stem.

Abstract: An internal valve including a body having a first end configured to be disposed within a tank and a second end configured to be disposed outside of the tank. The body includes a shoulder configured to be positioned adjacent to a mounting surface of the tank, a single flange positioned between the shoulder and the second end, a plurality of primary struts connecting an interior of the body to an internal primary stem guide, and a plurality of secondary struts connecting the interior of the body to an internal secondary stem guide. The primary struts and the primary stem guide are positioned between the flange and the shoulder, and the secondary struts and the secondary stem guide are positioned between the shoulder and the first end.
