摘要: Techniques are disclosed for parsing a source image, to identify segments of one or more objects within the source image. The parsing is carried out by an image parsing pipeline that includes three distinct stages comprising three respectively neural network models. The source image can include one or more objects. A first neural network model of the pipeline identifies a section of the source image that includes the object comprising a plurality of segments. A second neural network model of the pipeline generates, from the section of the source image, a mask image, where the mask image identifies one or more segments of the object. A third neural network model of the pipeline further refines the identification of the segments in the mask image, to generate a parsed image. The parsed image identifies the segments of the object, by assigning corresponding unique labels to pixels of different segments of the object.

摘要: A storage system is configured to facilitate memory operations with the memory that avoid the need for defragmentation. The system includes one or more memory devices and a memory interface operatively coupled with the one or more memory devices. The memory interface includes a start page module that provides a start page table having a page number that includes a first part of a corresponding dataset. A link page module of the memory interface provides a link page table that indicates an address for a current page of a given dataset and an address for a next page of the given dataset. Write/read page modules of the memory interface provide write/read page tables that include sub-addresses of a page where a portion of a corresponding dataset is being written/read. The memory interface executes data read, write, and erase operations that are tracked using the tables provided by the various modules.

摘要: A device for comminuting bulk material grains (K) having a first element, designed as a rotor having a cylindrical circumferential surface with a first surface (31) and a first receiving portion (41), and a second element designed as a shear strip (51) having a second surface (61) and a second receiving portion (71), and a supply unit. The first and the second surfaces (31, 61) lie parallel to and face one another. The first and second elements are relatively movable between first and second positions (P1, P2) in a plane of the first and the second surfaces (31, 61). In the first position (P1), the first and second receiving portion (41, 71) communicate with one another, via a passage (9) forming a receptacle, in which the bulk material grain (K) can be positioned, and, upon moving to the second position (P2), a cross section of the passage (9) is narrowed.

摘要: An ambulatory medical device includes a sensor configured to acquire a signal indicative of a physiological condition of a patient, a controller operatively coupled to the sensor and configured to monitor the physiological signal, and to perform a diagnostic test, and a remote access manager operatively coupled to the controller and configured to monitor for a command from a remote system to perform the diagnostic test, and to cause the controller to perform the diagnostic test in response to the command. In the device, the remote access manager may be further configured to transmit data representing an operational status of the ambulatory medical device to the remote system. The operational status of the controller may result from performing the diagnostic test. The remote access manager may be further configured to send the data representing the operational status of the ambulatory medical device in real time or substantially in real time.

摘要: Techniques are disclosed for conversion of panoramas between different panoramic projections, including stereoscopic panoramic projections. The pixels of one panoramic image are mapped to the pixels of another panoramic image using ray tracing so that the images can be combined without introducing visual distortions caused by mismatches in the optics of each image. The conversion is performed using a process for mapping one or more pixels of an output image to pixels of an input image by tracing a ray between the UV coordinates corresponding to each pixel in the images. The conversion process accounts for arbitrary projections and for arbitrary stereo camera rig configurations by using metadata that describe the projection and positioning of each image being combined. The origin of each ray is offset to account for the interpupillary distance between left and right images and to account for any rotation of the scene.

摘要: A motor-vehicle door latch device having a latch releasing member and a stopper which are rotatably supported on a base member by each shaft. The stopper holds the latch releasing member so as not to rotate in a releasing direction by rotating from a regular position to a lock position, due to an action of an inertial force caused by an impact force which is received from a first direction corresponding to a direction in which a striker enters an entrance groove. The latch releasing member has a center of gravity which deviates from its rotation center so that another inertial force, caused by another impact force which is received from a second direction opposite the first direction, acts in an opposite direction to the releasing direction.
