    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the membrane separation area, which provides an MXene material based composite nanofiltration membrane and corresponding method. The mentioned membrane is flat membrane, which has supporting layer and functional separation layer and supporting layer is under the functional separation layer. The functional separation layer is a kind of dense ultra-thin layer, no more than 50 μm, prepared with MXene and crosslinking agent. This invention is about a flat composite nanofiltration membrane which has excellent separation performance, thermal resistance and chemical stability because of the novel MXene in the functional separation layer. It can be used in the treatment of the waste water with heavy metal ions, organic solvents or other highly oxidizing solution.

    Abstract: A new design and rapid construction method for flush assembly of prefabricated steel beams and floor slabs is disclosed. The upper flange of prefabricated steel beams is “” shaped, which consists of horizontal flange, vertical flange and top flange. Both beam stiffeners and studs are set on the horizontal flange, in which the former can strengthen the bearing capacity of the beam and avoid its local deformation, and the latter can fix the floor slab; prefabricated studs and precast concrete inside the vertical flange in the factory are used to constrain the deformation of upper flange. There is no limitation with respect to the form of floor slab, which is connected with the prefabricated steel beam by hitching the prefabricated rebar ring of the floor slab to the welded studs of the upper flange of the prefabricated steel beam.

    Abstract: A non-destructive monitoring method for internal pressure intensity of a pipeline. The method establishes an equation relationship by the fact that the variation of the internal diameter of the pipeline is the same as that measured by FBG sensors, and can effectively obtain the value of the internal pressure intensity of the pipeline by measuring the strain values of the FBG sensors installed on the pipeline so as to monitor the internal pressure intensity of the pipeline. The present invention has the advantages of simple principle, convenient installation, no damage to pipeline structure, long-distance real-time on-line monitoring and the like, and can measure the pressure intensity of various pipelines with different diameters by changing the calibration distance of sensors and the dimension of sensor clamps. This can complete non-destructive, real-time and accurate monitoring on the internal pressure intensity of the pipeline.

    Abstract: An experimental setup for three-degree-of-freedom large-amplitude free vibration in a wind tunnel test. The setup includes a rigid test model, rigid circular rods, rigid lifting arms, arc blocks with grooves, lightweight high-strength thin strings, linear tensile springs, fixed pulleys, and bearings. Large-amplitude three-degree-of-freedom free vibrations of test models can be adapted by the vertical deformation of the springs without any tilt. The possible nonlinear mechanical stiffness due to vertical spring tilt and lateral spring deflection are excluded. It is convenient to install the test model and adjust the initial angle of attack in the new experimental setup. The linear stiffness property and hence constant vibration frequency can be ensured for very large-amplitude vibrations due to the eliminations of spring deflection and tilt.

    Abstract: A method for preparation of conductive polymer/carbon nanotube (CNT) composite nanofiltration (NF) membrane and the use thereof. This conductive polymer/CNT composite NF membrane is obtained by polymerizing conductive polymer into a CNT membrane and then in-situ cross-linking with glutaraldehyde under acidic condition. The synthetic method for the conductive polymer/CNT composite NF membrane is simple and has no need of expensive equipment. The prepared membrane has controllable membrane structure and possesses superior electrical conductivity and electrochemical stability. The membrane can couple with electrochemistry for electrically assisted filtration. With the electrical assistance, the membrane can achieve improved ion rejection performance while retaining high permeability by enhancement of membrane surface charge density, which alleviates the permeability-selectivity trade-off. Furthermore, the electrically assisted NF membrane filtration can also enhance the removal for small molecular organic pollutants.

    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of information technology, involving the techniques of fuzzy modeling, reinforcement learning, parallel computing, etc. It is a method combining granular computing and reinforcement learning for construction of long-term prediction interval and determination of its structure. Adopting real industrial data, the present invention constructs multi-layer structure for assigning information granularity in unequal length and establishes corresponding optimization model at first. Then considering the importance of the structure on prediction accuracy, Monte-Carlo method is deployed to learn the structural parameters. Based on the optimal multi-layer granular computing structure along with implementing parallel computing strategy, the long-term prediction intervals of gaseous generation and consumption are finally obtained. The proposed method exhibits superiority on accuracy and computing efficiency which satisfies the demand of real-world application. It can be also generalized to apply on other energy systems in steel industry.

    Abstract: A vertical-edge double-step sawtooth cutter for preparing high-quality holes of composite material and thereof hybrid stack structure, and has three parts which are a major cutting edge region A, a minor cutting edge region B and a shank region C. The minor cutting edge region B comprises a step vertical-edge region D and a sawtooth cutting region E. This has the step structure and the sawtooth structure which is distributed in the first step, has a recutting function at the inlet and a reverse cutting function at the outlet in the direction opposite to the main cutting motion. The cutter has the vertical edge structure distributed in the second step, and the angle of the second step is a negative value, thereby realizing chip breaking and crushing, reducing scratch to the upper-layer composite material and metal hole walls.
