Abstract: A steady flow prediction method in a plane cascade based on a generative adversarial network is provided. Firstly, CFD simulation experimental data in the plane cascade are preprocessed, and a test dataset and a training dataset are divided from the simulation experimental data. Then, an Encoding-Forecasting network module, a deep convolutional network module and a generative adversarial network prediction model are constructed successively. Finally, prediction is conducted on test set data: the test set data is preprocessed in the same manner, and data dimensions are adjusted according to input requirements of a saved optimal prediction model; and flow field images in the plane cascade at an inlet attack angle of 10° are obtained through the prediction model. The present invention can effectively avoid the problem of limited measurement range of sensors in an axial flow compressor, and the prediction result is highly consistent with the calculation result of CFD.

Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of multiple bolt transverse load loosing testers, and relates to a closed loop control method for transverse load amplitude of multiple bolt loosing tester. The closed loop control method is used to conduct stepless amplitude modulation and accurate control for transverse loads of a multiple bolt loosing tester, thereby realizing stepless amplitude modulation and accurate control for the transverse loads. The closed loop control method is realized based on the multiple bolt loosing tester. The multiple bolt loosing tester consists of four parts: a transverse load amplitude control part, a transverse load transmission part, a torque load transmission part and an axial load transmission part. The present invention can provide stepless amplitude modulation continuous transverse loads for a flange bolt set and guarantee the accuracy of the transverse loads through a closed loop control system.

Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-bolt loosening test machine for flange with tension, bending and torsion compound loading. The multi-bolt loosening test machine for flange with tension, bending and torsion compound loading uses a transverse load generated by a three-phase asynchronous motor as a bending load applied to a flange, uses a tension force generated by a hydraulic puller as an axial tension load, and uses a torque generated by a servo motor as a torque load applied to the flange. The test machine is different from the current device that can apply two compound loads to a single bolt, and can apply three compound loads to the multi-bolt connection flanges. The present invention can isolate three compound loads from each other without interference, and display the applied loads in real time.
