    Abstract: Provided is a transmission power allocation method based on reinforcement learning with an efficient user clustering method. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a transmission power allocation method based on user clustering and reinforcement learning of a base station in a non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) system includes a sorting step of sorting channel gains of user equipments located in a coverage of the base station in a size order, a clustering step of allocating the user equipment to each cluster based on the size order, and a power allocation step of allocating power to each user equipment included in the cluster by using a quality function based on a state and an action.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method of normalizing a tachycardia electrocardiogram (ECG) on the basis of P-wave and T-wave data interpolation. The method of normalizing a tachycardia ECG on the basis of P-wave and T-wave data interpolation includes (a) receiving a first ECG signal from a subject, (b) detecting P-wave and T-wave peaks in the received first ECG signal, (c) segmenting the received first ECG signal into one-cycle ECG signals on the basis of the detected P-wave and T-wave peaks, (d) segmenting the one-cycle ECG signals into a P-wave period, a QRS complex period, and a T-wave period, and (e) normalizing the segmented P-wave and T-wave periods through data interpolation.

    Abstract: An anti-obesity composition comprises pine needle juice powder as an effective component. Because it is found that, not only a significantly higher extraction yield is obtained and a higher inhibitory activity on differentiation of an adipocyte is obtained when an extract is produced by using pine needle juice powder obtained by juicing process instead of using dry pine needle which has not been treated with any juicing process, but also both the body weight and weight of white adipose tissues are lowered and content of total lipid, total cholesterol, and triglyceride in blood is significantly lowered according to oral administration of the pine needle juice powder of the present invention to a model mouse under high fat diet, the pine needle juice powder of the present invention can be more advantageously used for a pharmaceutical composition or a functional health food for prophylaxis or treatment of obesity.
