    Abstract: A method for a terminal to perform a cell re-selection procedure and a device supporting the method are disclosed. The method comprises: a step of receiving mobility state information indicating a mobility state of a terminal most suitable for each frequency; a step of measuring the mobility state of the terminal; a step of adjusting priorities by assuming, based on the mobility state information, that the frequency most suitable for the measured mobility state has highest priority; and a step of performing a cell re-selection procedure on the basis of the adjusted priorities.
