Abstract: A user equipment (UE) receives a first channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) on a first set of beams and receives a second CSI-RS on a second set of beams. The apparatus determines a channel quality indicator (CQI), a rank indicator (RI), and a precoding matrix indicator (PMI) based on the first CSI-RS. The apparatus reports the CQI and RI using an uplink control channel and indicates the PMI using a precoded SRS transmission. The precoded SRS transmission may be precoded based on a dissimilarity between the first CSI-RS and the second CSI-RS. The first CSI-RS may include a defined precoder, and the second CSI-RS may include a precoder based on an uplink channel estimate of a non-precoded SRS from the UE.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration that indicates a first control resource set (CORESET) configured for a first category of UEs and a second CORESET configured for a second category of UEs with which the UE is associated, wherein the first CORESET has a first frequency domain resource allocation, and wherein the second CORESET overlaps in time with the first CORESET and has a second frequency domain resource allocation that is a subset of the first frequency domain resource allocation. The UE may monitor for a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidate based at least in part on a determination that the PDCCH candidate is fully contained within the second frequency domain resource allocation. Abstract: Aspects are provided which allow a UE to provide a CSI report including an expiration time to a base station to reduce the risk of improper scheduling decisions at the base station based on outdated CSI reports. The UE obtains a channel measurement signal from the base station. The UE identifies CSI based on the channel measurement signal and provides a CSI report to the base station including the CSI. The CSI report further includes an expiration time for the CSI report. The base station obtains the CSI report from the UE including the expiration time for the CSI report, and the base station processes downlink data for transmission based on the expiration time in the CSI report.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communications, and more particularly, to maintain phase coherence for repetitions of uplink channel transmissions across slot boundaries. One example method includes receiving, from a network entity, configuration information identifying a time domain duplexing (TDD) slot pattern and a phase coherence configuration to apply to repetitions of uplink channel transmissions that cross slot boundaries for consecutive uplink slots in the TDD slot pattern, receiving scheduling information scheduling a plurality of repetitions of an uplink channel transmission across one or more slot boundaries, and transmitting the plurality of repetitions of the uplink channel transmission based on the TDD slot pattern and phase coherence configuration identified in the configuration information.

In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) receives a plurality of downlink transmissions from a base station, and generates a plurality of acknowledgement data respectively for the plurality of downlink transmissions, each of the plurality of acknowledgement data indicating whether a respective downlink transmission of the plurality of downlink transmissions has been successfully decoded. The UE further transmits, to the base station, at least one status bit based on the plurality of acknowledgement data, the at least one status bit indicating whether all of the plurality of downlink transmissions have been successfully decoded.

Abstract: Wireless communication devices, systems, and methods related to mechanisms to implement improved interference tracking over time. A BS may transmit information to a UE that allows the UE to quantize channel measurements into interference states. The UE may transmit an interference change report as triggered by an event, such as an interference metric exceeding a threshold after quantizing into the interference states. This enables the system to capture and respond to abrupt changes. Further, the interference change report may include historic interference information. The UE may include statistics based on the historic interference information. The UE may further be triggered to transmit an interference change report in response to a BS requesting it, or in response to a configured period of time elapsing. The UE may further include MCS information predicted for one or more future time periods based on historic information, which the BS may use in scheduling.
