Abstract: Aspects relate to supporting power control for physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmissions on an uplink secondary component carrier (SCC) of a wireless communication system. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) receives a power control configuration from a base station for use by the UE for a PUCCH transmission on a selected uplink SCC. The UE then transmits, based at least in part on the power control configuration, the PUCCH to the base station on the selected uplink SCC. Closed-loop and open-loop power control examples are provided. In some aspects, common or shared power control configurations are provided by the base station for use with each component carrier of a PUCCH group. In other aspects, carrier-specific power control configurations are provided by the base station.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine that multiple physical uplink channels scheduled for the UE overlap. The multiple physical uplink channels may include a first physical uplink channel and a second physical uplink channel that are associated with different priority levels. The UE may transmit at least one of the first physical uplink channel or the second physical uplink channel according to a prioritization or a multiplexing of the first physical uplink channel and the second physical uplink channel. The prioritization or the multiplexing is based at least in part on whether the UE is enabled to perform simultaneous physical uplink control channel and physical uplink shared channel transmissions. A first user equipment (UE) negotiates with a second UE to select a first communication resource set (ComReSet) from a plurality of ComReSets for sidelink communication. Each of the plurality of ComReSets has a corresponding periodicity of one or more hyper-frames. The first UE communicates with the second UE using the first ComReSet using a frame timing synchronized with the corresponding periodicity of the first ComReSet.

In one aspect, a UE may receive, from a base station, RMSI indicating beam-specific system information in association with one or more SSB beams for receiving an SSB. Then, the UE may receive the SSB from the base station based on the received RMSI indicating the beam-specific system information.
