In some aspects, a first user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a second UE via a sidelink sub-channel of a primary carrier, an indication that identifies one or more resources on the primary carrier for transmitting one or more hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) responses for one or more sidelink communications between the first UE and the second UE on a secondary carrier; and receive, from the second UE, on the one or more resources on the primary carrier, the one or more HARQ responses for the one or more sidelink communications on the secondary carrier. Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to channel occupancy management for new radio side-link supporting star topology of user equipment devices are provided. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) determines a communication resources pool including a channel occupancy ratio (CR) gap of each UE of a plurality of UEs in communication with the first UE, a CR gap of each UE representing a difference between a CR limit of that UE and a CR of that UE, The UE also can communicate, to a second UE of the plurality of UEs, a first CR command configured to allow the second UE to access a first portion of the communication resources pool. In some aspects, an amount of the first portion can be different from an amount of the CR gap of the second UE in the communication resources pool.

Abstract: Aspects relate to configuring and managing hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ)-acknowledgment (ACK) feedback codebooks for use in wireless communication systems. The HARQ-ACK codebooks include priority-based HARQ-ACK codebooks of differing priorities, such as Type 1 and Type 2 codebooks, and one-shot (Type 3) HARQ-ACK codebooks. In one example, a wireless communication device may be configured to obtain a set of HARQ-ACK codebooks that include priority-based HARQ-ACK codebooks of differing priorities and a separate one-shot HARQ-ACK codebook. The wireless communication device may further be configured to process first and second physical uplink channels based on the priority of the first physical uplink channel and the priority of the second physical uplink channel, where one of the two physical uplink channels includes the one-shot HARQ-ACK codebook, and with the processing performed in combination with the use of the priority-based HARQ-ACK codebooks.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink control information (DCI) message that dynamically schedules one or more physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions. The UE may autonomously determine a set of scheduling parameters for the one or more PUSCH transmissions that are dynamically scheduled by the DCI message. The UE may transmit the one or more PUSCH transmissions based at least in part on the set of scheduling parameters. Furthermore, in some aspects, uplink control information (UCI) may be multiplexed onto each of the one or more PUSCH transmissions. For example, the UCI multiplexed onto each PUSCH transmission may indicate the set of scheduling parameters autonomously determined for the respective PUSCH transmission. Abstract: Techniques and apparatus for using downlink control information (DCI) to avoid hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier (ID) conflicts in scenarios where multiple semi persistently scheduled (SPS) configurations share the same pool of HARQ process IDs are provided. One example technique involves a user equipment (UE) receiving an indication of a plurality of SPS configurations, each SPS configuration allocating the UE with a set of SPS occasions for physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmissions. Information for resolving a conflict between a first HARQ process ID associated with a first SPS occasion of a first of the plurality of SPS configurations and a second HARQ process ID associated with a second SPS occasion of a second of the plurality of SPS configurations is received. The first SPS occasion occurs prior to the second SPS occasion. The conflict is resolved based on the information.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a user equipment (UE) and/or base station. In one aspect, the apparatus may determine a selection procedure for uplink transmissions, the selection procedure including information for uplink data retransmissions. The apparatus may also transmit, to a UE, the selection procedure for uplink transmissions. The apparatus may also monitor for at least one uplink transmission from the UE based on the selection procedure for uplink transmissions. In another aspect, the apparatus may receive, from a base station, a selection procedure for uplink transmissions, the selection procedure including information for uplink data retransmissions. The apparatus may also implement the selection procedure for uplink transmissions. The apparatus may also transmit, to the base station, at least one uplink transmission based on the selection procedure for uplink transmissions.

The UE may identify, based at least in part on the DCI message and/or a radio resource control configuration, at least one parameter that indicates a unit of contiguous RBs over which the same precoding is used and/or a resource allocation type. The UE may assign the allocated RBs to individual TCI states among the multiple TCI states based at least in part on the unit of contiguous RBs over which the same precoding is used and/or the resource allocation type.
