Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a UE may monitor a set of operational conditions associated with the UE. Based on the monitoring, the UE may transmit a request for an indication identifying a PDCCH monitoring location associated with receiving a next DCI communication. A base station may receive the request and determines whether to grant the request. Based on the determination, the base station may selectively transmit the indication to the UE. The UE may monitor in the PDCCH monitoring location if the indication is received in response to the request.

The indication may be valid at least until the PDCCH monitoring location, irrespective of an amount of time between receiving the indication and monitoring in the PDCCH monitoring location. The user equipment reports a quantization scheme to quantize the CSI report quantity based on a total number of payload bits available to report the CSI report quantity. The UE may receive the downlink communication that corresponds to the first matrix and perform the lattice reduction to transfer the first matrix to a second matrix based at least in part on the performance-complexity tradeoff parameter value, the frequency domain granularity, and/or the time domain granularity. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may detect and report blockage conditions based on measuring signal strengths of reference signals. A UE may determine a slew rate for the signal strength, corresponding to a rate of change of a signal strength parameter (e.g., a reference signal received power (RSRP) or a received signal strength indicator (RSSI)) with respect to time, and report the slew rate to a base station to indicate signal strength degradation (e.g., due to a blockage). In some examples, the UE may define multiple slew rates associated with different rates of change of the signal strength parameter with respect to time. When the UE crosses a level of slew rate, the UE may indicate this to the base station to initiate mitigation procedures. In some examples, the techniques described herein may be extended to reporting slew rates for multiple beams.

Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating phase jump estimation for SL DMRS bundling are disclosed herein. An example method includes receiving, from another device, first information at a first symbol of a first slot, the first slot including at least the first symbol and a first reference signal. The example method also includes receiving second information at a second symbol of a second slot, the second slot including at least the second symbol and a second reference signal, the first information and the second information being repetitions. The example method also includes generating a first reference signal copy based at least on the second reference signal and a phase jump between the first slot and the second slot. Additionally, the example method includes performing channel estimation across the first slot and the second slot based on an aggregation of the first reference signal and the first reference signal copy.
