Abstract: The present invention provides an integrated method for forming and performance control of NiAl alloy thin-walled tubular parts. A Ni/Al laminated foil tube is obtained after Ni foils and Al foils are alternately laminated and coiled; and the Ni/Al laminated foil tube is subjected to plastic forming, reaction synthesis and densification treatment in a gas bulging forming die to obtain a NiAl alloy thin-walled tubular part. The present invention solves the problem in the prior art that the preparation of an existing NiAl alloy sheet and the formation of the thin-walled tubular part from the sheet feature difficulty in material flow and structural performance control and a complicated process. Data of embodiments shows that the NiAl alloy thin-walled tubular parts obtained by using the method of the present invention has a high forming rate, high dimensional precision, uniform composition distribution, good tubular part compactness and no defects on the surface.

Abstract: A reliability evaluation method for CNC machine tools based on Bayes and fault tree, belongs to the technical field of reliability evaluation for CNC machine tools. First, the CNC machine tool is regarded as a system composed of subsystems, and the subsystem fault data of the same production batch is used as the prior information. Next, the joint probability density function of the failure rate of each failure subsystem is used as the likelihood function of the field data, and the logarithmic inverse Gamma distribution is used as the conjugate prior distribution of the reliability. Based on this, the joint prior distribution probability density function of Weibull distribution size and shape parameters is determined Finally, the fault tree model is established. This can increase the sample size of the prior information, eliminate the complicated sample compatibility test, and ensure the compatibility of the prior information.

Abstract: A kind of nano-porous Fe—Pt alloys with strong permanent magnetism and a preparation method therefor. The nano-porous Fe—Pt alloys have the composition of FewCoxPtyPdz and are composed of an ordered hard magnetic L10-FePt phase, and have an integrated doubly-connected nano-porous structure with pore sizes of 10-50 nm, and ligament thicknesses of 20-80 nm. Under an applied magnetic field of 50 kOe, the coercivity, magnetization intensity and remanence of the alloys are 13.4-18.5 kOe, 40.4-56.3 emu/g and 28.3-37.4 emu/g, respectively. The master alloy ingots are prepared using electric arc melting or induction melting; the alloy ribbons are prepared using the single-roller melt-spinning equipment; the precursors mainly containing nano-composite phases of hard magnetic L10-FePt and soft magnetic Fe2B are obtained directly by the melt-spinning or obtained by conducting vacuum annealing on the melt-spun ribbons; and the nano-porous Fe—Pt alloys with a single L10-FePt phase are obtained by the electrochemical dealloying technique, thereby filling in the technical blank of nano-porous metal materials with permanent magnetism.

Abstract: The present invention provides a vibration and strain monitoring method for key positions of a tunnel boring machine (TBM), and belongs to the technical field of real-time monitoring for underground construction of the TBM. The present invention aims to provide a monitoring device and an all-weather monitoring and forecasting system thereof. The present invention acquires monitoring data through vibration and strain sensors and a wireless data transmission system, thereby realizing long-term real-time monitoring for vibration and strain states of key positions of a main machine system of the TBM during operation, reminding operators in time for maintenance and repair, preventing fatigue breakage on key weak positions of the main machine system of the TBM and ensuring safe and reliable operation of the TBM. The present invention further provides an evaluation method for strain states of positions which cannot be measured, i.e., an equivalent mapping method, thereby building a set of vibration monitoring and strain monitoring systems for the tunneling process of the key positions of the main machine system of the TBM.

Abstract: A parameter similarity method for test simulation conditions of an aerodynamic heating environment is disclosed. With respect to the requirement that the adiabatic wall enthalpy and the cold-wall heat flux are equal in the simulation test of the aerodynamic heating environment, a method that can ensure the similarity of ground test parameters and flight parameters without the equal adiabatic wall enthalpy is proposed, and solves the problems of relying on the equal adiabatic wall enthalpy and making it difficult to accurately simulate the real aerodynamic heating environment in the current test simulation method, and provides guarantee for heat transfer and ablation test research of thermal protection/insulation material under the high temperature aerodynamic heating environment. The test conditions are not affected by the value of the adiabatic wall enthalpy. According to the method, most test devices can simulate the aerodynamic heating environment with high enthalpy.

The two kinds of pressure driving devices of an ejector and a vortex tube are adopted, transmit the low temperature NG at the cold end of the vortex tube into the ambient air heat exchanger to absorb heat from the ambient continuously; at the same time, make temperature of the gas from the hot end of the vortex tube increase to meet the required temperature of pipeline directly, then achieve the purpose of no heater energy consumed.

Abstract: A graded pressure drop type multi stage water injection device and method based on fracture observation. The device includes a test probe, a propulsion system and a control system. The test probe includes a plugging device, a pressure conversion assembly and a connected pipe. The rubber bag is wrapped around the outer end of the water leakage pipe, is fixed to both ends of the joints through a fastening iron ring and forms a blocked cavity with the water leakage pipe. The device integrates the plugging and detection system, and uses the same external water source to operate the plugging process and detection process under their respective pressures, thereby making pressure conversion more stable, solving the problem of winding the drill pipe and the hose in the propulsion process, realizing multi stage measurement in each propulsion and improving measurement efficiency.

Abstract: A method of promoting the treatment of coking wastewater using photocatalytic electrode coupled with microbial fuel cellin the technical field of coking wastewater treatment, energy-saving and resource utilization. La-ZnIn2S4/RGO/BiVO4 and silica sol were fixed and coated on stainless steel mesh to form conductive catalytic composite membrane electrode. HSO3−was added to coking wastewater. Graphite Carbon rods are inserted into the anodic chamber with microorganisms and connected the cathode with wires to form circuit loops. Halogen tungsten lamp was applied as light source to act on the catalytic electrode, forming a coupled system with photocatalytic electrode and microbial fuel cell for treating coking wastewater. The effects of La-ZnIn2S4/RGO/BiVO4 catalysts with different RGO contents on the catalytic degradation of coking wastewater were realized, and the effects of NaHSO3 and Na2SO4 solutions at the same concentration on the degradation of coking wastewater were also realized.

Abstract: A measuring device and method for horizontal dynamic impedance of specified foundation depth based on differential response analysis of pulse excitation. The measuring method is realized based on the measuring device. Two rigid piles with different lengths are embedded into different foundation depths. Motion characteristics of the two rigid piles in the process of collision impact with the outside are different under the same pulse excitation. Dynamic impedance of specified foundation depth is deduced from the formula according to the differential response. Single-degree-of-freedom oscillators are arranged on the pile heads of the two piles, and strain gauges are arranged on the bottoms of the single-degree-of-freedom oscillators to obtain stress states of the single-degree-of-freedom oscillators, thereby calculating the relative displacements of the single-degree-of-freedom oscillators. This is simple in structure, reliable in measurement and convenient in data collection and processing.

Abstract: A photonic microwave down-conversion system and method. The oscillation loop includes an electro-optic modulator, optical narrow-band notch filter, photodetector and electrical combiner which has the function of generating the local oscillator signal. The frequency of the local oscillator signal can be flexibly adjusted by changing the lightwave frequency output from the wavelength tunable laser. The phase modulation function of the electro-optic modulator enables no RF signal output from the down-conversion photodetector It can not only down convert the RF signals with different frequencies to the intermediate frequency signals with the same frequency, but also can down convert the RF signals with the same frequency to the intermediate frequency signals with different frequencies. This can effectively overcome the limitations of complicated structure, poor RF isolation and difficulty in flexible tuning for microwave down-conversion system in the prior arts.
