Abstract: An actuator and a transmission structure thereof. The transmission structure (3) includes a screw nut (31) and a ratchet guiding sleeve (32). The screw nut (31) includes one or a plurality of pawls (311). The ratchet guiding sleeve (32) is mounted on the screw nut (31), and the screw nut (31) is able to rotate relative to the ratchet guiding sleeve (32). The ratchet guiding sleeve (32) includes a ring ratchet (321) disposed on an inner circumference thereof and a plurality of track slots (322) disposed on an outer circumference thereof. One or a plurality of pawls (311) abut against the ring ratchet (321), thereby achieving the effect of smooth movements of the actuator (10) and the transmission structure (3).

Abstract: A linear actuator (1) and the centrifugal safety device (50) thereof is disclosed. The safety device (50) includes an outer socket (51) having a stop portion (512) and a first accommodation portion (513), an inner socket (53) having a raised portion (531) and a second accommodation portion (532) and a centrifugal assembly (55) having a centrifugal block (551) and an elastic element (555). The inner socket (53) drives the centrifugal assembly (55) to rotate. If the centrifugal force of the centrifugal block (551) is smaller than the elasticity of the elastic element (555), then the centrifugal block (551) is limited in the second accommodation portion (532) by the elastic element (555), or else the centrifugal block (551) moves into the first accommodation portion (513) and clamped by the raised portion (531) and the stop portion (512).

Abstract: The disclosure is a linear actuator. A transmission mechanism includes a motor, a gear set and a screw rod. A releasing mechanism is disposed between the gear set and the screw rod and includes a driving gear, a first clutch, a second clutch and a sliding sleeve. A toggle restraining mechanism includes a stem, a rotating element and a restraining assembly. The rotating element has a restraining hole and a rotating arm. The restraining assembly includes a restraining presser, a restraining spring and an engaging element. The stem is moved to rotate the rotating element, the rotating arm is rotated with the rotating element to push the sliding sleeve. The sliding sleeve is pushed by the rotating arm to separate from the second clutch. The engaging element is engaged in the restraining hole to restrain the rotating element from rotating when the rotating element is rotated to a specific angle.

Abstract: The disclosure is a nut structure for an electric pushing rod. The electric pushing rod has a guide screw (A) with an outer thread (A1). The nut structure includes a metal cylinder (10) and a plastic intermediate component (20). The metal cylinder (10) has a pivot hole (11) being passed through by the guide screw (A). An inner wall of the pivot (11) is provided with an inner thread (12). The plastic intermediate component (20) covers the inner thread (12) and is disposed of between the outer thread (A1) and the inner thread (12). The plastic intermediate component (20) includes a fixed side thread (21) mounted on the inner thread (12) and a driving side thread (22) screwed with the outer thread (A1). Therefore, the strength may be enhanced to avoid both the nut structure from being broken and the driving side thread (22) from getting stripped.

Abstract: A linear actuator (1) with a buffering mechanism includes an actuator main body (10), a quick release mechanism (30) and a buffering member (50). The actuator main body (10) includes a housing base (11), an outer tube (14) connected to the housing base (11) and an extendable tube (15) penetrating into the outer tube (14). The quick release mechanism (30) is installed on the actuator main body (10). The buffering member (50) is arranged at one side of the outer tube (14). One end of the buffering member (50) is connected to the outer tube (14) or the housing base (11), and another end of the buffering member (50) is connected to the extendable tube (15). Accordingly, the impact force generated during the rapid retraction of the extendable tube can be reduced.

Abstract: A retractable column structure includes a metal outer tubular member, a retaining bracket, and an inner tubular member. The outer tubular member includes a wall having outer, inner and end surfaces. The outer tubular member includes slots extending from the end surface to the inner surface. A rear end of each slot includes a hook protruding out of the inner surface. The retaining bracket includes a frame member abutted against the wall and locking hooks inserted into the inner surface and locked onto each corresponding hook. The inner tubular member moveably penetrates into the retaining bracket disposed between the tubular members and is concealed inside the outer tubular member. Accordingly, excellent support of inner and outer tubular members can be achieved for stable sliding therebetween.

Abstract: A linear actuator includes a sliding rod, a motor and a buffer assembly. The motor connects the sliding rod to drive the sliding rod. The buffer assembly is disposed at an end of the sliding rod and includes an elastic element and an outer sleeve. The elastic element is received in the outer sleeve. The sliding rod connects the outer sleeve. The outer sleeve is movable along an axial direction of the sliding rod. The elastic element separately pushes an inner wall of the outer sleeve and the sliding rod. The elastic element is pre-compressed along the axial direction of the sliding rod. The buffer assembly can absorb vibration and impact caused by the motor driving the sliding rod.
