    Abstract: A cover structure of a control box is disclosed. The control box includes a base with a limiting part, the cover structure includes a cover body, a knob and a torsion spring, the cover body is connected to the base, the knob is rotatably connected to the cover body and has a stop arm stopped at the limiting part, two ends of the torsion spring are fixed to the cover body and the knob respectively to generate a pre-torque. When the knob is rotated by an external force, the stop arm is released from the limiting part to unlock the cover structure from the base, and when the external force is removed, the knob restores to original position by the pre-torque. Therefore, the cover structure may be removed from the base quickly to facilitate an operator's use and maintenance.

    Abstract: A fixing mechanism for a lifting device is provided. The lifting device includes a motor and a transmission shaft driven by the motor. The fixing mechanism includes a support body, a fixing assembly, a bearing, and a connection assembly. The fixing assembly includes a base plate fixed above the support body and a chamber disposed between the base plate and the support body. A bearing is arranged in the chamber and clamped between the support body and the base plate, and the transmission shaft passes through the bearing and protrudes from the base plate. The connection assembly is sleeved on the transmission shaft to together connect with the motor. Accordingly, power transmission efficiency may be improved, and vibration and noise generated during operation of the motor may be reduced.

When the rapid release mechanism (30) is released, the lead screw (151) rotates while the retractable pipe (153) being loaded, the screw nut (157) compresses the elastic member (51) to make the deceleration structure (53) generate a break, thus a rotation speed of the lead screw (151) is lowered.

    Abstract: A lifting device with a cable management is provided. The lifting device includes: an outer pipe, an actuation mechanism, a linkage member, a cable, and a cable management component. The actuation mechanism is accommodated in the outer pipe and has a motor and a screw rod. The linkage member is accommodated in the outer pipe and mutually screw-fitted with the screw rod to operate, and moves relative to the outer pipe. The cable has a spiral coiled cable unit. A shaft core line in parallel with the screw rod is defined by the spiral coiled cable unit. The cable management component is disposed in the outer pipe and in parallel to the shaft core line. The spiral coiled cable unit is reeled on the cable management component. Accordingly, the cable may be stably positioned and the cable may be prevented from rubbing or being tangled with the screw rod.

    Abstract: The disclosure is a linear actuator. A transmission mechanism includes a motor, a gear set and a screw rod. A releasing mechanism is disposed between the gear set and the screw rod and includes a driving gear, a first clutch, a second clutch and a sliding sleeve. A toggle restraining mechanism includes a stem, a rotating element and a restraining assembly. The rotating element has a restraining hole and a rotating arm. The restraining assembly includes a restraining presser, a restraining spring and an engaging element. The stem is moved to rotate the rotating element, the rotating arm is rotated with the rotating element to push the sliding sleeve. The sliding sleeve is pushed by the rotating arm to separate from the second clutch. The engaging element is engaged in the restraining hole to restrain the rotating element from rotating when the rotating element is rotated to a specific angle.
