Abstract: In one example, a processor may receive a first request to process a first task, the first request including a first estimated central processing unit utilization for the first task and a first estimated memory utilization for the first task and receive central processing unit capacities and memory capacities of a plurality of sub-data routers including at least a first sub-data router. The processor may further determine that the first sub-data router has a lowest central processing unit capacity from among the plurality of sub-data routers that is sufficient to accommodate the first estimated central processing unit utilization for the first task and determine that the first sub-data router has a memory capacity that is sufficient to accommodate the first estimated memory utilization for the first task. The processor may then assign the first task to the first sub-data router.

The operations include: identifying a set of one or more graphs in a blockchain ledger, wherein each graph of the set of one or more graphs comprises a set of one or more nodes and a graph permission level, wherein each node in the set of one or more nodes comprises a unique identifier, a node permission level, data and zero or more edges, wherein each edge in the zero or more edges defines a relationship between the node and another node in the set of one or more nodes, wherein the node permission level defines a prerequisite to access the data, the node permission level, or the zero or more edges, and wherein the graph permission level defines a prerequisite to access the set of one or more nodes; receiving a request from equipment utilized by a user to access first data in one or more nodes in a first graph, comparing a user permission of the user to a first permission level of the first graph to ensure that the user permission meets or exceeds the first permission level; applying rules of a rules engine to ensure that the user permission meets or exceeds a second permission level defined by the rules; and providing security keys to the equipment utilized by the user responsive to the user permission meeting or exceeding the first permission level and the second permission level, wherein the security keys provide access to the first data. First and second stored reference patterns are identified according to decoded information obtained from the encoded region of the object identification tag and the first and second patterns are compared to the first and second stored reference patterns to obtain a comparison result. The processing system may generate a metadata file for the first dataset that contains self-describing information for the first dataset, wherein the metadata file is generated based on the type of the data, and wherein the self-describing information defines a manner, a time, and a location for storing the first dataset. The processing system may send the first dataset to a first storage zone of the plurality of storage zones, wherein the self-describing information includes an instruction to send the first dataset to the first storage zone for at least a defined period of time.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, acquiring under ambient illumination an image of a label having an encoded region and an authentication region having a random distribution of reflective particles overlaying the encoded region. The encoded message is decoded from the image. An authentication image of the label is obtained according to an image capture configuration. The authentication image includes a reflection pattern of the random distribution of reflective particles. The reflection pattern is associated with the decoded message and an authenticity of the label is determined according to the association and based on a comparison of the reflection pattern to an authenticated reference reflection pattern. Authenticity of the label is determined responsive to the comparison indicating substantial match between the reflection pattern and the authenticated reference reflection pattern.
