    Abstract: The application provides a resource configuration method including: determining, by a network device, N downlink virtual carriers or determining N downlink virtual carriers and M uplink virtual carriers, where the N downlink virtual carriers are configured in a same cell, or the N downlink virtual carriers and the M uplink virtual carriers are configured in a same cell, and the cell includes at least one carrier, and the N downlink virtual carriers correspond to a same parameter set, or the N downlink virtual carriers correspond to a same parameter set, and the M uplink virtual carriers correspond to a same parameter set, N>1, and N≥M≥1; and sending, by the network device, configuration information to a terminal, where the configuration information is used to configure the N downlink virtual carriers or used to configure the N downlink virtual carriers and the M uplink virtual carriers.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method for processing information bits in a wireless communication network. A communication device receives a radio resource control (RRC) signaling, wherein the RRC signaling comprises time window information and time unit format information, wherein the time window information comprises a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) time sequence K1 set, wherein K1 is a time relationship between a time unit of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and a time unit of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), or wherein the K1 is a time relationship between a time unit of a (PDSCH) and a time unit of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). The device determines HARQ feedback information based on the time window information and the time unit format information and sends the HARQ feedback information.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a communication method and related communication apparatus. An embodiment communication method includes that a terminal receives DCI from a base station. The DCI includes a carrier assignment indication field indicating a total number of scheduled carriers in configured carriers and an accumulative number M of scheduled carriers up to a current scheduled carrier. The M is an integer greater than or equal to 1. The terminal sends HARQ information to the base station according to the carrier assignment indication field in the DCI.

    Abstract: Various embodiments provide a communication method and a communications apparatus. In those embodiments, a terminal device receives first indication information and second indication information from a network device. The first indication information indicates a position of a first reference point, the second indication information indicates a first quantity, the first quantity is a quantity of offset units between the first reference point and a second reference point, and the second reference point is an endpoint of a first physical resource block (PRB). The terminal device determines a position of the first PRB based on the first indication information, the second indication information, and an identifier of a subcarrier corresponding to the first reference point. Therefore, the terminal device can complete, without learning of a system bandwidth, a process of determining a PRB corresponding to a start point of a PRB number in the system bandwidth.
