Abstract: A method includes: generating, by user equipment, at least one piece of channel state information, wherein each piece of channel state information in the at least one piece of channel state information is corresponding to at least one resource unit required for sending data by a base station; and sending, by the user equipment, multiple pieces of channel state information, so that the base station sends data on a corresponding resource unit according to channel state information. Therefore, channel state information sent by the user equipment is associated with a resource unit required for sending data by the user equipment.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a data transmission method and system, and a device. The embodiments of the present invention are used for D2D communication.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an information transmission method, a device, and a system, and relates to the communications field, so as to resolve a prior-art problem that when an unlicensed spectrum is preempted to send data, a receive end cannot obtain a correct time resource sequence number, and cannot descramble information. A first device scrambles, according to a first scrambling code sequence, first data carried on a first time resource on an unlicensed carrier, where the first data is data that is sent by the first device to a second device, and the first scrambling code sequence is generated according to a sequence number of a second time resource on a licensed carrier or a first value; and the first device sends scrambled first data to the second device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method and user equipment. The method includes: obtaining, by first user equipment, time resource grouping information, where the time resource grouping information includes time resource numbers in N time resource groups, and N is a positive integer; sending, by the first user equipment, an indication signal, where the indication signal indicates one or more time resource numbers; determining, by the first user equipment according to the time resource grouping information and the one or more time resource numbers indicated by the indication signal, time resources occupied by a data signal in the N time resource groups; and sending, by the first user equipment, the data signal by using the time resources occupied by the data signal in the N time resource groups. In the embodiments of the present invention, energy consumption of a receive end can be reduced.

The method includes: obtaining a first sequence used to encode K to-be-encoded bits, where the first sequence includes sequence numbers of N polarized channels, the sequence numbers of the N polarized channels are arranged in the first sequence based on reliability of the N polarized channels, K is a positive integer, N is a mother code length of a polar code, N is a positive integer power of 2, and K≤N; selecting sequence numbers of K polarized channels from the first sequence in descending order of reliability; and placing the to-be-encoded bits based on the selected sequence numbers of the K polarized channels, and performing polar code encoding on the to-be-encoded bits.
