Abstract: This application provides a method and apparatus for obtaining a resource indication value. The method includes: a network device determines a bit quantity of a resource indication value based on a first bandwidth part, sends downlink control information, which includes the resource indication value and indicates a data channel in a second bandwidth part, and sends or receives the data channel occupying a plurality of contiguous virtual resource blocks, wherein a number RBstart identifying the starting virtual resource block of the contiguous virtual resource blocks, a quantity LRBs of the contiguous virtual resource blocks, and the resource indication value RIV satisfy following relation: RBstart=└K·RB′start┘, and LRBs=└K·L′RBs┘, wherein K is a positive number and satisfies K≤└NRBBWP2/NRBBWP1┘, and NRBBWP2 refers to a bandwidth of the second bandwidth part; and RIV=NRBBWP1(L′RBs−1)+RB′start when (L′RBs−1)≤└NRBBWP1/2┘, or RIV=NRBBWP1(NRBBWP1−L′RBs+1)+(NRBBWP1−1−RB′start) when (L′RBs−1)>└NRBBWP1/2┘, wherein NRBBWP1 refers to a bandwidth of the first bandwidth part.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method including: determining, by a network device, a resource element group corresponding to a control channel, where the resource element group includes a first resource element for carrying downlink control information and a second resource element for carrying a reference signal, and the reference signal is used to demodulate the downlink control information carried by the resource element group; and sending the downlink control information by using the control channel, wherein resource elements comprised in the resource element group are distributed in all symbols of a time domain resource occupied by the control channel. This provides a possibility of supporting forward compatibility.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a method for acquiring information of access resources, a terminal device, and a base station. A terminal device detects a synchronization signal of a cell to be accessed by the terminal device. The terminal device further receives a broadcast channel of the cell on a broadcast channel resource. The terminal device then determines a resource on which the cell is located according to resource indication information carried in the broadcast channel. The broadcast channel resource corresponds to an actual access resource, and the synchronization signal is detected on the actual access resource. The actual access resource is one of a plurality of candidate access resources of the cell. The resource indication information indicates a location relationship between the actual access resource and the resource on which the cell is located.

Abstract: A terminal device receives first information including an acknowledgment resource indicator (ARI), and determines, based on the ARI, a first uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource in a PUCCH resource set corresponding to a payload size of a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK). In a case that the first PUCCH resource and a second PUCCH resource partially overlap in terms of time; or the first PUCCH resource and a second PUCCH resource configured for CSI do not overlap in terms of time, and the first PUCCH resource and the second PUCCH resource each partially overlap at least one third PUCCH resource configured for at least one positive scheduling request (SR) in terms of time, the terminal device determines, based on the ARI, a fourth PUCCH resource in a second PUCCH resource set corresponding to a total payload size for sending the HARQ-ACK, CSI, and at least one SR status.

The method includes: determining, by UE, a first period used to periodically report channel sounding information; and periodically sending, by the UE based on received preset downlink control information DCI that is sent by a base station, the channel sounding information by using the first period as a sending period. System overheads can be reduced, a configuration response can be improved, and spectrum utilization of a system can be improved while periodic feedback of indication is reduced.

Abstract: Example resource allocation methods and apparatus are described to resolve a problem of resource congestion and collision occurring in a communications system when virtual resource blocks (VRBs) scheduled for different terminal devices are mapped to physical resource blocks (PRBs). In one example method, system bandwidth of the communications system is divided into a plurality of fixed interleaving regions. Therefore, a network device can indicate a type of a virtual resource unit in a form of a frequency domain range occupied by one interleaving region. Using the foregoing solution can enable the network device to set the type of the virtual resource unit more conveniently.
