    Abstract: The described techniques provide for efficiently monitoring for control information from a single transmission-reception point (TRP) after transitioning from a multi-TRP operation mode to a single-TRP operation mode. If a user equipment (UE) is communicating with a first TRP and a second TRP in a multi-TRP operation mode, and the UE is directed to transition to communicating with the first TRP in a single-TRP operation mode, the UE may limit the number of CORESETs monitored in the single-TRP operation mode to a maximum number of CORESETs configured for the single-TRP operation mode. That is, if the number of CORESETs monitored by the UE for control information from the first TRP in the multi-TRP mode exceeds the maximum number of CORESETs configured for the single-TRP operation mode, the UE may identify a subset of the CORESETs to monitor for control information from the first TRP in the single-TRP mode.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink control information (DCI) including an antenna port field and a transmission configuration indication (TCI) field for scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH). The TCI field may indicate that two or more reference signals apply to two or more demodulation reference signal (DMRS) ports across all resource blocks and symbols for the PDSCH for at least one transmission layer of the PDSCH. The antenna port field may indicate a plurality of indicated DMRS ports. The UE may map two or more DMRS ports of the indicated DMRS ports to at least one transmission layer of the PDSCH. The UE may receive the at least one transmission layer of the PDSCH as a single-frequency-network (SFN) transmission based on the two or more reference signals and the two or more DMRS ports.

    Abstract: PDSCH and PUSCH repetition enhancements are disclosed. A UE may determine configuration data (e.g., transmission parameters, and/or RV data) for PDSCH/PUSCH repetitions which are split across a slot transition within a slot or across a slot boundary based on a quantity of nominal repetitions indicated by a downlink control message (e.g., a downlink control information signal). A quantity of actual repetitions (e.g., splitting of one or more nominal repetitions) may be identified based on the quantity of nominal repetitions and slot configuration parameters. In some aspects, a UE determines a sequence of configuration data for nominal repetitions and generates a second sequence of configuration data for actual repetitions based on the sequence. In other aspects, a UE determines a single sequence of configuration data for actual repetitions based on the quantity of actual repetitions determined from the quantity of nominal repetitions indicated by the downlink control message.
