Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine that a control resource set (CORESET) is not configured for an active downlink bandwidth part of a component carrier (CC) of the UE. The UE may determine that a transmission configuration indication (TCI) state is not activated for a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) of the active downlink bandwidth part of the CC. The UE may determine a default spatial relation for an uplink control channel or uplink signal for the CC based at least in part on determining that the CORESET is not configured for the active downlink bandwidth part of the CC and that the TCI state is not activated for the PDSCH of the active downlink bandwidth part of the CC. Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for switching between full duplex and half duplex in wireless nodes. A wireless node may measure self-interference for one or more transmitter-receiver beam pairs. Based on the self-interference measurements, the wireless node may communicate on a beam pair in full duplex or half duplex. A duplex mode may be determined based on self-interference, as well as, optionally with other metrics such as rate and latency. A wireless node may switch between full duplex and half duplex based on the duplex mode determination. In addition, suitable beam pairs may be selected, along with associated duplex modes.

Abstract: An apparatus for wireless communication selects a recommendation for the need. The apparatus selects the resource to transmit a phase tracking reference signal based on a condition of a communication system. The apparatus performs at least one of transmitting an indication of the selected recommendation for the resource to a second wireless communication device or transmitting at least one of information or a reference signal to the second device to assist the second device in determining the resource. In an aspect, the selection may be made based on receiving a request for a recommendation from the second wireless communication device or the transmitting the at least one of the information or the reference signal are based on a request received.
