A heat dissipating system includes a chassis, a number of heat dissipating members received in the chassis, and a number of duct cover. The chassis defines a number of cavities corresponding to the outlets of the heat dissipating members is defined in the chassis. Each duct cover includes an outer flap and an inner flap. An opening is defined in the outer flap. The outer flap is rotatably mounted to the chassis to cover or uncover the corresponding cavity. The inner flap is rotatably mounted to the outer flap to cover or uncover the opening.

The invention relates to a heat dissipation device with a bracket for dissipating heat of a heating element of an expansion card. The heat dissipation device also includes an auxiliary card, a heat dissipating element. The bracket includes a securing element configured for securing the heat dissipating element thereto, a locking element, and a connecting element connecting the securing element to the locking element. The securing element clamps the expansion card, and the locking element is slidably mounted to the auxiliary card, to align the heat dissipating element with the heating element of the expansion card.

A computer case includes a blower, a bracket, and an air outlet defined in the computer case. The blower is received in the bracket, which is fixed outside the computer case. The blower includes an intake and an outlet, which are used to take away the heated air in the computer case. The intake of the blower communicates with the air outlet of the computer case. An exemplary portable electronic device comprises a base unit, a display unit with a display unit, a hinge mechanism for pivotably attaching the display unit to the base unit, and a console assembly including a controller and a speaker. An extension portion extends from a rear end of the base unit. Two support portions extend from a lower portion of the display unit, and the display unit defines a holding space between the two support portions to receive the extension portion of the base unit. The hinge mechanism includes two fixing members attached on the extension portion, and two pivoting members respectively secured to the two support portions and pivotably mounted to the two fixing members. The display unit is pivotable between a first position where the display screen is toward the base unit and a second position where the display screen is away the base unit. The controller is rotatably mounted on the extension portion and is rotatable to cause sound output of the speaker being oriented with the same direction as the display screen at the first and second positions.
