    摘要: A signal-distributing device that includes an arrayed-waveguide-grating demultiplexer and at least one receiving module. Each receiving module includes a multimode interference coupler and two output waveguides, the multimode interference coupler being located between the arrayed-waveguide-grating demultiplexer and the two output waveguides. The multimode interference coupler is configured to distribute, to the two output waveguides, an optical signal delivered by the arrayed-waveguide-grating demultiplexer. Such a device allows wavelength shifts in the signal delivered by a set of one or more sensors, in particular Bragg grating reflectors inscribed in a given optical fibre, to be measured. It allows a wavelength shift to be measured with a high linearity and a signal-to-noise ratio.

    摘要: A nanowire structure is manufactured by forming islands of conductive material on a substrate, and a conductive sacrificial layer in the space between conductive islands. The conductive islands include an anodic etch barrier layer. An anodizable layer is formed, over the conductive islands and sacrificial layer, and anodized to form a porous template. Nanowires are formed in regions of the porous template that overlie the conductive islands. Removal of the porous template and sacrificial layer leaves a nanowire structure including isolated groups of nanowires connected to respective conductive islands which function as current collectors. Respective stacks of conductive and insulator layers are formed over different groups of the nanowires to form respective capacitors that are electrically isolated from one another. A monolithic component may thus be formed including an array of isolated capacitors formed over nanowires.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an adaptive training method of a brain computer interface. The ECoG signals expressing the neural command of the subject are preprocessed to provide at each observation instant an observation data tensor to a predictive model that deduces therefrom a command data tensor making it possible to control a set of effectors. A satisfaction/error mental state decoder predicts at each epoch a satisfaction or error state from the observation data tensor. The mental state predicted at a given instant is used by an automatic data labelling module to generate on the fly new training data from the pair formed by the observation data tensor and the command data tensor at the preceding instant. The parameters of the predictive model are subsequently updated by minimising a cost function on the training data thus generated.
