    Abstract: A driving integrated circuit (IC) and a fan-out compensation method thereof are provided. The driving IC includes a plurality of driving channel circuits, a plurality of output buffer circuits and a compensation control circuit. The input terminals of the output buffer circuits are coupled to the output terminals of the driving channel circuits in a one-to-one manner. The output terminals of the output buffer circuits are coupled a plurality of data lines of a display panel in a one-to-one manner. The compensation control circuit is coupled to the output buffer circuits for adjusting the slew rate of the output terminals of the output buffer circuits to compensate difference in delay times between the data lines of the display panel.

    Abstract: A fingerprint identification device and a fingerprint identification method are provided. The fingerprint identification device includes a self-emitting display panel, a fingerprint sensor and a processor. The self-emitting display panel displays at least one light pattern in a sensing region. The fingerprint sensor senses a finger object located above the sensing region of the self-emitting display panel to generate a first fingerprint image and a second fingerprint image corresponding to the at least one light pattern. The processor is coupled to the fingerprint sensor. The processor determines whether the first fingerprint image and the second fingerprint image have opposite tones to identify the finger object is a real finger or a fake finger.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a driving circuit for a gamma voltage generator of a source driver. The gamma voltage generator includes a resistor string having a plurality of tap nodes, among which a plurality of first tap nodes are respectively connected to a plurality of first buffers. The driving circuit includes a second buffer, a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) and a control circuit. The second buffer is connected to a second tap node other than the plurality of first tap nodes among the plurality of tap nodes. The DAC is coupled to the second buffer. The control circuit, coupled to the DAC, is configured to receive a plurality of first control signals for the plurality of first buffers and calculate a second control signal for the DAC according to the plurality of first control signals.

    Abstract: A pre-charge circuit of a static random access memory (SRAM) controller and a pre-charging method thereof are provided. The pre-charge circuit of the SRAM controller includes a first switch, a second switch and a third switch. A first terminal of the first switch is coupled to a working voltage, a second terminal of the first switch is coupled to a first bit line of the SRAM controller, and the first switch is controlled by a first turn-on signal. A first terminal of the second switch is coupled to the working voltage, a second terminal of the second switch is coupled to a second bit line of the SRAM controller, and the second switch is controlled by a second turn-on signal. The third switch is coupled between the first bit line and the second bit line, and the third switch is controlled by a third turn-on signal. In a pre-charge mode, a time point at which the third switch is turned on is earlier than a time point at which the first switch is turned on and earlier than a time point at which the second switch is turned on.

    Abstract: An LED driving apparatus for driving an LED array including an output terminal group and a converter group is provided. The output terminal group includes a plurality of output terminals. The converter group includes a plurality of digital-to-analog converters. Each of the digital-to-analog converters outputs a driving current according to pixel data to drive a corresponding one of the LEDs. Each of digital-to-analog converters includes a plurality of sub-driving current generating circuits. The sub-driving current generating circuits are coupled to the corresponding output terminal of the output terminal group. Each of the sub-driving current generating circuits generates a sub-driving current having a current value corresponding to a bit order of a bit of the pixel data. The driving current is generated by summing up the sub-driving currents.
