    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for transmitting signals by a transmission end in a wireless communication system. In particular, the method includes configuring first and second type logical channel groups; receiving a first uplink grant; and transmitting buffer size information based on the uplink grant, wherein, when the first uplink grant is allowed to be used for transmission of buffer size information of the second logical channel group, the buffer size information includes the buffer size information of the first and second logical channel groups, and wherein, when the first uplink grant is not allowed to be used for transmission of buffer size information of the second logical channel group, the buffer size information includes the buffer size information of the first logical channel group.

    Abstract: In the present disclosure, a UE generates a power headroom report, and transmits the power headroom report to a network. The power headroom report includes a configured transmit power (CTP) field for a serving cell based on a CTP value for the serving cell being not equal to a last reported CTP value for the serving cell. The power headroom report includes no CTP field for the serving cell based on the CTP value for the serving cell being equal to the last reported CTP value for the serving cell. The power headroom report may include first information on whether the CTP field for the serving cell exists after a power headroom filed for the serving cell.

    Abstract: A method for performing a configured grant based small data transmission (CG-SDT) in a Radio Resource Control (RRC) INACTIVE state by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method comprises steps of performing an initial transmission for the CG-SDT on a configured grant (CG), wherein a configured grant timer (CGT) and a CG-SDT-retransmission timer (CG-SDT-RT) are started by performing the initial transmission; and based on a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) related to the initial transmission not being received until the CG-SDT-RT expiring during the CGT is running, performing a retransmission of the initial transmission, wherein the CG-SDT-RT is re-started upon performing the retransmission of the initial transmission, wherein, based on the PDCCH related to the initial transmission not being received until the CGT expiring, a SDT failure handling procedure is triggered.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for performing a random access procedure by a terminal in a wireless communication system. The method comprises the steps of: selecting a first beam group including a configured number (M) of beams; transmitting a random access preamble to a base station via the first beam group; adjusting a value of M when it is determined that the random access procedure has failed; and reselecting a second beam group including the adjusted number of M beams.
