Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) that is configured with two sets of power control parameters may be signaled (e.g., via downlink control information (DCI)) as to which set of parameters to use for determining the transmission power on a sidelink channel. The UE may determine a transmit power for a sidelink message based on the indication included in the DCI. The base station may transmit the indication based on whether uplink or downlink communications are scheduled on resources that may overlap with resources used for transmission of the sidelink message.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, control information that indicates at least two transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states. A first TCI state of the at least two TCI states is associated with a half duplex mode of the UE, and a second TCI state of the at least two TCI states is associated with a full duplex mode of the UE. The UE may further receive, from the base station, a downlink transmission according to at least one of the first TCI state or the second TCI state. Numerous other aspects are provided.

CLI estimates may be based on scaling factors associated with frequency locations of the PCell and SCell, may be based on a coupling loss estimate associated with different frequency bands, or combinations thereof.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described to support indication of a single frequency network (SFN) mode and associated parameters to a user equipment (UE), while the UE is operating in an idle mode. While operating in the idle mode, the UE may receive signaling from a transmission reception points (TRP), indicating that an SFN will be used for broadcast signaling received concurrently from multiple TRPs. Based on receiving the indication of the SFN, the UE may receive the broadcast signaling via a downlink control channel. For example, the UE may receive the broadcast signaling concurrently from a first TRP via a first beam and from a second TRP via a second beam, where the first and second beams may each be associated with a respective synchronization signal block (SSB).

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to downlink (DL) transmissions using various powers and assigning frequency resources based on the powers. An example base station may transmit, to a first user equipment (UE), an indication of a first transmit (Tx) power for a first DL transmission on a first downlink (DL) resource on a carrier, the first DL resource being at a first frequency. The first DL resource may be at a first frequency. The first Tx power may have a power level configured based on a difference between the first frequency for the first DL resource and an uplink (UL) frequency region of the carrier. Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for wireless communication are provided. A user equipment (UE) may receive, via a control channel in a primary cell, one or more downlink control information (DCI) messages that include a secondary cell (SCell) dormancy indication and a request for hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback. The DCI messages may have a format associated with downlink scheduling, and fields used to carry the SCell dormancy indication and the request for HARQ feedback may have a configuration that depends on whether the DCI messages are used to schedule a downlink data transmission. Furthermore, in some aspects, a DCI message may include a field that has a value to indicate whether the DCI message does or does not schedule a downlink data transmission, to enable the UE to correctly receive and decode the SCell dormancy indication and the request for HARQ feedback.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may implement cross-carrier scheduling. A user equipment (UE) may identify a minimum scheduling delay and may receive a downlink grant on a first CC. The UE may further identify the slot in which a downlink data transmission corresponding to the downlink grant will be received, and may identify the slot such that the minimum scheduling delay is satisfied. The UE may the receive the downlink data transmission, as indicated in the downlink grant, in the identified slot. In some examples, the UE and the base station may alternate between a long minimum scheduling delay and a short minimum scheduling delay. In some examples, the UE and the base station may alternate between a cross-carrier mode, and a self-scheduling mode.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may support various extended reality (XR) applications. In some examples of XR applications, features from the real and virtual environments may be overlaid and displayed to a user for consumption via the UE. To avoid visual conflicts, such as misaligning objects from the real and virtual environments, and other visual conflicts, the UE may generate and send pose information to a network (e.g., a server hosting the XR application). The UE may be configured to manage transmission of pose information to the network, which may result in reduced power consumption. For example, the UE may determine a downlink burst occasion for the XR application, generate pose information associated with the UE and the XR application, and transmit the pose information only during the downlink burst occasion.
