Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for using acknowledgement or negative acknowledgement (ACK-NACK) bundling when reporting from a user equipment (UE) a bundled ACK-NACK for a plurality of physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs) associated with a PDSCH grant. A counter downlink assignment indicator (DAT) and a total DAI may be used to track PDSCH grants that are received at the UE. The UE may detect missing PDSCHs and report ACK-NACKs for the missing PDSCHs based on the counter DAI and the total DAI. A base station (BS) may transmit the PDSCH grant associated with the plurality of PDSCHs to the UE. The BS may receive, from the UE, the bundled ACK-NACK for the plurality of PDSCHs associated with the PDSCH grant.

Abstract: The apparatus of wireless communication may be a UE configured to activate a MAC-CE transmitted over an SL relay after waiting a time period by receiving an activation request for a command in association with a third UE in a first MAC-CE relayed from a second UE, transmitting, to the second UE, a second MAC-CE including an activation response to the third UE in response to the activation request, and activating the command after transmitting the activation response. The UE may wait a time period after transmitting the activation response before activating the command. The UE may receive an HARQ ACK from the third UE in response to the transmitted activation response or an HARQ ACK from the second UE in response to the transmitted activation response, and wait a time period after receiving the HARQ ACK before activating the command.

Abstract: Embodiments include systems and methods for UE signaling a network regarding customized ringing signal (CRS) capability and use of such information by the network. Various embodiments may receiving from the network an INVITE message notifying the UE of an incoming call, determining whether the INVITE message indicates that the network provides CRS service if the UE supports a CRS function, and including an indication in a response to the INVITE that the UE supports the CRS function in response to determining that the INVITE message includes an alert information header field indicating that the network provides CRS service. Various embodiments include a network computing device receiving such information and performing negotiations for CRS service with the UE only if the UE indicates CRS functional capability.

Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a first sidelink UE measures multiple reference signals periodically transmitted by a second sidelink UE using multiple receive beams corresponding to reference signals in response to a beam failure declared by the first UE. The method also selects one of the reference signals that satisfies a condition. The method further includes notifying the second sidelink UE of the selected reference signal using a beam corresponding to the selected reference signal. Another method of wireless communications by a first sidelink UE includes periodically transmitting, to a second sidelink UE, multiple beam failure recovery (BFR) reference signals across multiple transmit beams. The method also includes receiving, from the second sidelink UE, an indication of a selected beam for communications between the first sidelink UE and the second sidelink UE. The method notifies the second sidelink UE of successful beam failure recovery.
