    Abstract: A switch device includes a signal input terminal and a switch circuit. The signal input terminal is used to receive a radio frequency signal. The switch circuit is coupled to the signal input terminal, and includes a first transistor and a second transistor. The first transistor includes a control terminal used to receive a first control voltage to turn off the first transistor; a first terminal; and a second terminal. The second transistor includes a control terminal used to receive a second control voltage to turn off the second transistor; a first terminal; and a second terminal. The second control voltage is different from the first control voltage.

    Abstract: A double-balanced mixer, including a coupling transformer, a first diode cascade circuit, a second diode cascade circuit, and a first set of coils, is provided. The coupling transformer receives a first input signal and generates at least one set of signals with opposite voltage phases. The first diode cascade circuit is coupled to the coupling transformer, and generates a first node voltage according to a first set of bias voltages. The second diode cascade circuit is coupled to the coupling transformer, and generates a second node voltage according to a second set of bias voltages. The first set of coils is coupled to the first and second diode cascade circuits, receives the first and second node voltages and a second input signal, and generates an output signal. The first node voltage is equal to the second node voltage.

    Abstract: An amplification device includes an amplification circuit, an inductor, a regulator, and a impedance circuit. The amplification circuit has an input terminal for receiving a radio frequency signal, and an output terminal for outputting an amplified radio frequency signal. The inductor has a first terminal, and a second terminal coupled to the output terminal of the amplification circuit. The regulator is coupled to the first terminal of the inductor and generates a steady voltage and/or a steady current. The impedance circuit has a first terminal coupled to the output terminal of the amplification circuit, and a second terminal coupled to a first system voltage terminal. The impedance circuit provides a low frequency impedance path to suppress a beat frequency signal in the amplified radio frequency signal.

    Abstract: A temperature compensation circuit for a power amplifier is provided, wherein data of circuit configurations corresponding to specific temperatures (including data associated with an output terminal voltage, a bias voltage, an adaptive bias, and a matching impedance of the power amplifier) for the power amplifier is stored in a read-only memory. Therefore, the temperature compensation circuit is capable of reading the data according to a temperature sensing signal to adjust the circuit configuration of the power amplifier accordingly, thereby, in a case of a constant input power of the power amplifier, an output power variance of the power amplifier is within a second interval (e.g., −10%˜+10%) when an environment temperature varies within a first interval. Therefore, the power amplifier has a stable gain.
