    Abstract: A tensile testing fixture and a tensile testing device are provided. The fixture includes a base, an adjusting mechanism disposed on the base, a floating mechanism disposed on and connected to the adjusting mechanism, a lower head disposed on and connected to the floating mechanism, and an upper head disposed above the lower head. The floating mechanism is configured to transmit a pulling force of the lower head to the adjusting mechanism. The adjusting mechanism is configured to adjust a position of the floating mechanism in a horizontal direction under the pulling force. The floating mechanism is further configured to adjust a position of the lower head in the horizontal direction, causing the lower head and the upper head to be coaxial in a vertical direction.

    Abstract: A test fixture includes a base and an adjustable structure. The adjustable structure includes a limiting block, a locking block, and a fixing member. The limiting block is disposed on the base. The locking block is disposed on the base and abuts an edge of the limiting block to lock the limiting block in position. The fixing member is disposed on the limiting block to fix the limiting block on the base. When the locking block is moved from a first position to a second position, the locking block unlocks the limiting block, the fixing member is loosened, and the limiting block can rotate on the base. After the limiting block is rotated, the locking block is moved from the second position to the first position to lock the limiting block, and the fixing member is tightened to fix the limiting block on the base.

    Abstract: A method for testing an autofocus function of a camera module fixes a camera module and at least two test members sequentially spaced at different positions on an axis pointing straight away from the camera. The camera module is controlled to focus and capture images of each test member and record driving currents of the camera module to achieve those focuses at those distances. When a sharpness of image of a test member reaches a preset threshold value a correspondence table between the driving currents and object distances is generated. An autofocus testing device is further provided.

    Abstract: A self-cleaning wire bonding machine includes a spool, a cleaning tank, a drying element, a tensioner, and a nozzle. The spool includes a rotating body and a metal wire wound around the rotating body. The cleaning tank is configured to clean the metal wire after the rotating body passes the metal wire through the cleaning tank. The drying element is configured to dry the metal wire after passing through the cleaning tank. The tensioner is configured to adjust a tension of the metal wire. The nozzle is configured to heat the metal wire, and the metal wire exits out of the nozzle after being heated.
