Abstract: A method for producing an alloy steel composition includes the following steps: performing a first heat treatment on an alloy steel composition and maintaining for a first time period to soften the alloy steel composition; performing a first cooling treatment on the softened alloy steel composition; performing a treatment on the softened the alloy steel composition to form a workpiece; performing a second heat treatment on the workpiece and maintaining for a second time period; and performing a second cooling treatment on the workpiece to make the workpiece become to be a Bainite structure, and a cooling rate of the second cooling treatment is high than the cooling rate of the first cooling treatment.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a UE. In one embodiment, the method includes triggering a first SR by a first LCH, wherein the first LCH is associated with a first SR configuration. The method also includes triggering a second SR by a second LCH while the first SR is pending, wherein the second LCH is associated with a second SR configuration, and the first SR configuration and the second SR configuration are configured for the same serving cell. The method further includes using a first SR opportunity and a second SR opportunity to transmit SRs to a network node until the SRs are cancelled, wherein the first SR opportunity corresponds to the first SR configuration and the second SR opportunity corresponds to the second SR configuration.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electronic apparatus having an incremental enrollment unit and a method thereof. The electronic apparatus at least includes a microphone, a storage device, and a processor. The storage device stores a first screening rule, an enrollment database, and a first temporary storage library. The processor receives a command voice transmitted by the microphone, and compare the command voice with enrolled voices in the enrollment database. If determining that a similarity is larger than a threshold value, the processor stores the command voice as a first temporarily stored voice in the first temporary storage library. When a quantity of the first temporarily stored voices in the first temporary storage library is larger than a first predetermined value, the processor screens out a part of the first temporarily stored voices according to the first screening rule, so as to perform incremental enrollment.

The third light-emitting element is disposed between the first light-emitting element and the second light-emitting element, and spaced apart from the light-transmissive structure by a preset distance, to emit light on the light-transmissive structure. A three-dimensional light effect is presented on the electronic device at low costs by using only a small number of elements, to improve the product appearance.

Abstract: A method and device are disclosed from the perspective of a first UE (User Equipment) for changing sidelink identity for a sidelink unicast link associated with a second UE. In one method, the method includes the first UE establishing the sidelink unicast link with the second UE, wherein a first lower-layer identity of the first UE and a second lower-layer identity of the second UE are used for communicating between the first UE and the second UE via the sidelink unicast link. The method also includes the first UE transmitting a Link Identifier Update Request message to the second UE, wherein the Link Identifier Update Request message includes a new first lower-layer identity of the first UE or information for deriving the new first lower-layer identity. The method further includes the first UE receiving a Link Identifier Update Response message from the second UE. In addition, the method includes the first UE continuing to use the first lower-layer identity for receiving sidelink data from the second UE until a sidelink data frame with the new first lower-layer identity is received from the second UE.
