Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and device for reselecting a cell by a user equipment in a wireless communication system. Particularly, a method for reselecting a cell by a user equipment comprises the steps of: setting a preferred frequency for cell reselection; forming at least one candidate cell except for a specific cell; and reselecting another cell in the frequency of the specific cell among the at least one candidate cell when the frequency of the specific cell is the same as the preferred frequency.
Abstract:
The present application discloses a method for receiving a service by means of a user equipment connected to a first network in a wireless communication system. More particularly, the method comprises: a step of transmitting, to a first network, a first message for radio access technology (RAT) change to a second network; a step of accessing the second network; and a step of receiving the service from the second network, wherein the service is provided only in the second network.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of saving PLMN (public land mobile network) information of a user equipment in a wireless communication system and apparatus therefor. In particular, the present invention includes the step of determining a selected PLMN among at least one PLMN (public land mobile network), detecting a connection problem for the selected PLMN, and if the connection problem is detected, saving an information on the selected PLMN.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a method of, at a user equipment (UE), transmitting and receiving a signal to and from a network in a wireless communication system. The method includes logging information about failure of a first connection establishment procedure if the first connection establishment procedure with the network has failed, and transmitting the logged information to the network when a second connection establishment procedure with the network is successful.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for receiving, by a terminal, a single-cell point-to-multipoint (SCPTM) service in a wireless communication system. The terminal receives a list of available SCPTM services from a serving cell, the list of available SCPTM services including SCPTM-RNTIs corresponding to the available SCPTM services. The terminal may store a SCPTM-RNTI corresponding to an interested SCPTM service among the received list of available SCPTM services and may receive the interested SCPTM service using the stored SCPTM-RNTI corresponding to the interested SCPTM service. Further, provided is a method for interrupting, by a terminal, reception of a SCPTM service in a wireless communication system. The terminal may determine whether or not to interrupt the reception of the SCPTM service from a serving cell, and when determining to interrupt the reception of the SCPTM service, may release the SCPTM-RNTI corresponding to the SCPTM service.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to method and apparatus for performing mobility in wireless communication system. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving a first message comprising handover commands of candidate target cells, each of the handover commands being related to an index; receiving a second message comprising the index related to a first handover command of a candidate target cell among the handover commands, and a second handover command of the candidate target cell; updating the first handover command based on the second handover command; identifying that the candidate target cell satisfies a handover condition for the candidate target cell based on a measurement result for the candidate target cell; and performing a handover to the candidate target cell satisfying the handover condition based on the updated first handover command.
Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for performing sidelink communication is provided. The method may include performing initial transmission to a second apparatus, performing at least one of first retransmission to the second apparatus, receiving HARQ NACK related to the initial transmission and the at least one of first retransmission from the second apparatus, and performing at least one of second retransmission to the second apparatus.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for sidelink resource allocation and media access control (MAC) reset is provided. A wireless device, which is configured with network scheduled resource allocation for sidelink, sets new data indicators (NDIs) for all hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifiers (IDs) specific to the sidelink to value 0, based on a media access control (MAC) reset being requested by an upper layer of the wireless device.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for transmission of control information for sidelink management in a wireless communication system is provided. A first wireless device triggers sidelink (SL) resource reservation for transmission of sidelink control information (SCI) when sidelink data is not available, and transmits, to a second wireless device, the SCI by using a reserved SL resource.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for allocation of lower identifier (ID) and upper identifier (ID) for sidelink transmission in a wireless communication system is provided. A first wireless device (e.g., receiving user equipment (UE)) receives, via upper layer signaling from a second wireless device (e.g., transmitting UE), a lower ID associated with an upper ID and monitors sidelink control information (SCI) based on the lower ID and the upper ID. The first wireless device receives, from the second wireless device, a data unit scheduled by the SCI.
