Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration of a first resource pool associated with a first component carrier and a second resource pool associated with a second component carrier. The UE may receive an indication of a resource allocation associated with a sidelink communication, wherein the resource allocation is based at least in part on at least one of the first resource pool or the second resource pool. The UE may perform the sidelink communication in accordance with the resource allocation. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for wireless communications. A first UE can determine assistance information corresponding to one or more uplink (UL) transmissions of the first UE, the assistance information indicative of a periodicity of the one or more UL transmissions. The one or more UL transmissions can be vehicle-to-everything (V2X) UL transmissions of the first UE. The first UE can transmit the assistance information to a network entity. The network entity can determine a discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration for a second UE based on the assistance information, the DRX configuration indicative of a DRX on-duration. The second UE can receive information indicative of the DRX configuration from the network entity. The second UE can receive, from the network entity and during the DRX on-duration, a downlink transmission associated with the first UE. The downlink transmission can be a V2X downlink transmission.

Abstract: Aspects provide mechanisms for predicting a change in a beam direction of a transmit and/or receive beam used for communication between a user equipment (UE) and a non-terrestrial network (NTN) entity and to adjust the beam direction of the beam on the UE in accordance with the predicted beam direction change. In some examples, the UE may predict the beam direction change based on one or more mobility parameters indicating a predicted change in the relative position of the UE with respect to the NTN entity. In other examples, a network entity, such as the NTN entity, a core network entity or data network entity, may predict the beam change direction based on the one or more mobility parameters.

In various embodiments, a network device may determine a geographic zone of interest, select one or more reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RISs) associated with the geographic zone of interest, selecting one or more noise transmitting UEs, control the one or more noise transmitting UEs to transmit at least one noise signal, and control the one or more RISs to steer the at least one noise signal into the geographic zone of interest.
