    Abstract: A sorting system includes a control server, multiple sorting robots, and a sorting region. The sorting region is divided into multiple sub-regions. At least one supply station and multiple delivery openings are deployed in each sub-region. Delivery openings respectively correspond to paths. The control server determines, according to path information of an item to be sorted, a target delivery opening corresponding to a path of the item, determines, from the multiple sub-regions of the sorting region, a target sub-region in which the target delivery opening is located, and allocates a delivery task to a target sorting robot among the multiple sorting robots. In response to the delivery task, the target sorting robot acquires the item from the supply station where the item is located, carries the item to the target delivery opening in the target sub-region, and delivers the same.

The control center is configured to: determine an item storage space of a to-be-picked item included in each of to-be-picked orders, and plan paths for each user and each handling device to reach the item storage space; match, according to each planned path and assigned to-be-picked order, a user and a handling device for picking, to determine to-be-selected tasks, and determine a moment at which a user and a handling device cooperate to pick from the item storage space; determine a target task from the to-be-selected tasks, and send the target task to a terminal and a handling device; assign, according to the target task sent to the handling device, a to-be-picked order to the handling device, and update the stored assignment result of the to-be-picked orders.

    Abstract: A sorting system includes a first frequency tag reader, a control server, at least one sorting robot, at least one feeding table and at least one collection container. The feeding table is configured to place at least one item to be sorted each provided with a radio frequency tag. Tag information of each radio frequency tag includes sorting destination information. The first radio frequency tag reader is configured to read tag information, and send the tag information to the control server. The control server is configured to determine sorting destination information of the item to be sorted according to the tag information, determine a target collection container according to the sorting destination information, and send a delivery instruction to the sorting robot. The sorting robot is configured to, in response to the delivery instruction, deliver the item to be sorted to the target collection container.

    Abstract: An intelligent forklift and a method for detecting a pose deviation of a container are provided. The intelligent forklift includes a working state monitor, an image sensor, and a processor. The working state monitor is configured to monitor a working state of the intelligent forklift while the intelligent forklift is carrying and moving a stock container and send a trigger to the image sensor based on the working state. The image sensor is configured to capture an RGBD image frame containing the stock container in response to the trigger and to transmit the RGBD image frame to the processor. The processor is configured to receive the RGBD image frame, detect a pose deviation degree of the stock container and provide an alarm and/or a prompt based on a detection result of the pose deviation degree for adjusting the pose of the stock container.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a robot control system and method, a computing device, and a storage medium. The robot control system includes a storage region, a lifting machine (104), a control device (105), and at least one self-driven robot (103). The storage region includes a loft having at least two storeys and is configured to store a container (101), and there is provided a passage (102) on the floor of each of the at least two storeys of the loft for the at least one self-driven robot (103) to move through. The lifting machine (104) is configured to transport the at least one self-driven robot (103) or the container (101) to a target storey corresponding to a transportation task. The control device (105) is configured to assign the transportation task to the at least one self-driven robot (103) and plan a travel route on the target storey for the self-driven robot (103) according to the transportation task, and dispatch the at least one self-driven robot to travel according to the travel route to perform the transportation task. The at least one self-driven robot (103) is configured to reach a location of a target container (101) on the target storey corresponding to the transportation task according to the travel route corresponding to the transportation task to pick up the target container (101), and transport the target container (101) to a destination of the transportation task according to the travel route. The control device (105) is communicatively connected to the lifting machine (104) and the at least one self-driven robot (103).
