    摘要: A three-dimensional sorting robot-based data processing method and a three-dimensional sorting robot and system are provided. According to the method, a three-dimensional sorting robot is provided with a processor and a sorting assembly. The data processing method comprises: an obtaining step: obtaining the identity information of a target sorting tack in real time, the identity information comprising structure data of the sorting tack and/or position information of basket units in the rack; a binding step: binding the identity information of the target sorting rack with the information of a three-dimensional sorting robot, the binding relationship being associated with a target order executed by the three-dimensional sorting robot; and a sorting step: under a sorting task of the target order, sorting, by the sorting assembly according to the identity information of the rack by means of the processor, goods to be sorted.

    摘要: A semi-automated bulk sorting system includes a primary conveyor having a proximal end and a distal end, and a plurality of sorting stations downstream from the primary conveyor and configured to sort the outbound parcels and cartons, where each of the sorting stations has a sorting platform. The system also includes a plurality of infeed chutes coupled between the primary conveyor and the plurality of sorting stations, and a plurality of automated diverter arms configured to automatically divert the outbound parcels and cartons from the primary conveyor down one of the plurality of infeed chutes to a respective sorting platform of the plurality of sorting stations. The sorting platform of each of the sorting stations is configured to cause the outbound parcels and cartons to accumulate on the plurality of infeed chutes.

Using the delivery address and other information from the scanner that was used, the system determines a sort output location for the item and identifies an indicator device (e.g., an LED device) that corresponds to the sort output location. The system then commands the indicator device to present or display a designator. For example, the indicator device may be commanded to illuminate a light, such as an LED. The operator of the scanner then places the item at the location corresponding to the illuminated light designator.
