    Abstract: Disclosed by the present application are a configuration for duplication transmission and a duplication transmission method and device, comprising: determining each radio bearer of a terminal; and carrying out duplication transmission configuration for each radio bearer. The terminal receives the configuration for duplication transmission carried out at a network side and carries out duplication transmission according to the configuration. By employing the present application, duplication transmission may be applied flexibly for different bearer characteristics, high reliability provided by duplication transmission may be obtained, the utilization efficiency of radio resources may be increased, and resource waste is avoided. Meanwhile, air interface control signaling overhead is reduced.

    Abstract: A method and device for determining the initial positions of a downlink data channel are provided. The method includes: a base station transmits to a terminal a generated indication signaling, and the terminal determines, on the basis of the received indication signaling, the time domain initial positions of the downlink data channel in L downlink TTIs. With the method, when the downlink control channel only appears in a part of the positions in a frequency domain or does not appear at all, and when the downlink control channel does not occupy the complete downlink control area in the time domain or the resources occupied by the downlink control channel in the time domain are variable, the base station can still accurately notify the terminal the time domain initial positions of the downlink data channel.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a random access method and device for solving the problem in which random access procedures of traditional LTE systems cannot be performed properly in 5G systems. The method comprises: a terminal determining a transmission parameter to be used by said terminal for data transmission, the transmission parameter comprising an operation bandwidth and/or a baseband parameter; the terminal sending, according to the transmission parameter, a random access request; and the terminal using the transmission parameter to receive a random access response corresponding to the random access request.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a method and device for transmitting data by means of a wireless backhaul network, for use in solving the problem in the prior art of inability to implement data transmission of a 5G wireless backhaul network due to that there is no network architecture for the 5G wireless backhaul network at present. In the embodiments of the present application, a terminal is connected to a wired backhaul access station by means of at least one path corresponding to a bearer, and transmits data with the wired backhaul access station by means of the at least one path; there is at least one wireless backhaul access station on any one path, each air interface of the terminal, the wired backhaul access station, and the wireless backhaul access station respectively corresponds to an underlying protocol combination, and the underlying protocol combination comprises an RLC layer, a MAC layer, and a PHY. The embodiments of the present application provide a network architecture for a 5G wireless backhaul network; a terminal transmits data with a wired backhaul access station by means of at least one path to implement data transmission of the 5G wireless backhaul network, so that the performance of the 5G wireless backhaul network is improved.
