Abstract:
The present invention describes novel nitrogen-containing organic compounds obtained by reacting a compound X of substituted pyridine type comprising at least one ketone function with a compound Y belonging to the aminoquinoleine family and derivatives thereof. Said organic compounds can be used as precursors in a catalytic composition.
Abstract:
In a method for hydroformylating olefinically unsaturated compounds by means of a cobalt-based catalyst, used in a non-aqueous ionic liquid, liquid at a temperature below 100° C. and comprising at least one cation Q+ and at least one anion A−, said method comprising at least a stage of reaction under pressure and at least a stage of separation of the phases by decantation, recycling of the catalyst is improved: through the use of a ligand selected from among the Lewis bases, more particularly pyridine derivatives, and simultaneously through the addition of this ligand in a post-reaction stage. At the end of this process, the organic phase containing the reaction products can be recovered and the ionic liquid phase containing the catalyst can be recycled to the hydroformylation reactor.
Abstract:
A process for the selective hydrogenation of diolefinic compounds to mono-olefinic compounds uses a catalyst composition comprising at least one salt of a transition metal from groups IB, IIB, VB, VIB, VIIB and VIII of the periodic table, at least one ligand and at least one organometallic reducing agent, optionally in the presence of a non-aqueous ionic liquid selected from the group formed by liquid salts with general formula Q+A− (in which Q+ represents a quaternary ammonium and/or quaternary phosphonium and A− represents any anion which can form a liquid salt below 90° C.).
