摘要: A method and a system for diagnosing an apparatus are provided. The method for diagnosing the apparatus includes: determining whether the apparatus is to enter a diagnostic mode after a system is started; performing a diagnosis of the apparatus by executing a diagnostic proge apparatus is determined to enter the diagnostic mode; and performing a normal BIOS or EFI startup when the apparatus is determined not to enter the diagnostic mode. An accurate diagnosis of the apparatus can be realized by firstly determining whether the apparatus is to enter a diagnostic mode after a system is started, if yes, then the apparatus entering the diagnostic mode, and if not, then the apparatus performing a normal BIOS or EFI startup. Moreover, in case of a memory or PCI/PCIE bus error in the apparatus, since the diagnostic program is loaded prior to the BIOS startup, the fault can be diagnosed.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a forming method and a forming machine in which in forming e.g., a round steel pipe, predetermined forming can be performed with less additional deformation imparted to a workpiece without deteriorating the productivity of the conventional roll forming, thereby manufacturing a high-quality product with high dimension precision. To achieve this object, the present invention provides a forming method and a forming machine, which adopt a rotating unit which rotatably moves on an endless track a die train having dies with outwardly directed and swingable forming passes in a breakdown step at an early forming stage, and in which the forming pass of each die holds the edge of the workpiece to rotatably move the die by changing the die to a predetermined angle, thereby realizing bending, so that problems due to twisting onto forming rolls and high locally-caused contact stress can be greatly reduced.

摘要: A rotary face plate is simply configured by including only a machine mechanism for rotating it on its axis. In order to achieve the configuration, a swing arm for a rotary blade is mounted on one side of the rotary face plate whereas a driving motor and a swing motor for the rotary blade in each of the swing arms are independently mounted on each of the swing arms on the other side. One side has only a function of rotating and cutting on the boundary of the face plate, and therefore, cutting chips can be remarkably readily removed. Only a rotating motor for a drive source is mounted on the other side. As a consequence, a round tube or a square tube having a square cross section can be cut only by controlling the motor for rotating the rotary face plate at a required angle.

摘要: Roll forming a round tube to a square tube without applying excessive load to the raw tube scheduled portions to become corner portions and shoulder portions. It disposes stands of four-direction roll structure at the forming roll stand furthest upstream and furthest downstream sides and disposes stands of upper-lower and left-right two-direction roll structure between the upstream and downstream roll stands, and by adopting forming roll with a structure having a curvature for constricting the raw tube locations to become the shoulder portions adjacent to the corner portions of the square tube at a smaller curvature than that constricting the raw tube portions to become the side portion centers of the square tube cross section.

摘要: An object of the invention is to provide a device and a method for controlling a welding angle which is capable of resolving restrictions occurred when a conventional float type welding angle control device is used to manufacture a welded pipe, and giving full play to the ability of such a float type welding angle control device, by adopting a new mechanism for supporting and adjusting a fin roll. When the welding angle is controlled by inserting the fin roll between opposing edges of a band steel at a position located in an upstream side of squeeze rolls, the fin roll is attached to a link mechanism in which two arms are coupled so as to be pivotable within a plane defined by a pipe manufacturing line direction and a perpendicular direction thereof, and positions of gripping points of the arms are changed to adjust a position of the fin roll within the plane. Not only the mechanism of the device is simplified and an installation space can be reduced, but also the usage environment of the device and burdens for the maintenance work are considerably improved.
