An apparatus for realizing a three-dimensional (3D) neural network includes a culture substrate (21) having a 3D structure and a plurality of microelectrodes (22) disposed on the culture substrate (21) in such a manner that neurons are cultured with a 3D structure. The central portion of the culture substrate (21) is shaped in a hemispheric form and a peripheral portion is shaped in a planar form. A plurality of outside connection electrodes (23) are disposed on the peripheral portion so as to be connected to an external device, and a plurality of electrode-connecting lines (24) connecting the microelectrodes (22) to the outside connection electrodes (23) are disposed on the culture substrate (21) as well.

A walking guidance apparatus using human body communication, including: a first human body communication device acquiring a walking guidance information signal, converting the acquired walking guidance information signal into a signal available for human body communication, and transmitting the converted signal through a user's body; and a second human body communication device receiving the signal transmitted through the user's body from the first human body communication device, converting the received signal into a signal that can be recognized by the user, and outputting the converted signal. Walking guidance information having a high privacy function and high stability and accuracy can be provided to enhance user convenience.

Disclosed are a crime prevention system using human body communication and a crime prevention method using human body communication capable of actively and effectively preventing a generation of a crime by using human body communication. The crime prevention system using human body communication includes: a monitoring device attached to a monitoring target to sense his physical contact with an observer and providing information obtained by monitoring the monitoring target through human body communication when body contact of the monitoring target with the observer is sensed; and a reception device attached to the observer, receiving the monitoring information through human body communication, and transmitting the monitoring information to a pre-set destination. A criminal act of the monitoring target may be prevented in advance, and when a criminal act is attempted, an observer who may fall a victim of the criminal act can actively cope with the situation.

The frequency selective transmission apparatus includes: a preamble generating unit that generates a preamble for frame synchronization; an SFD/RI generating unit that generates a start frame delimiter/rate indicator (SFD/RI) having a function of an indicator to announce the start of the frame and a function to define the transmission rates of a header field or header and data fields; a header generating unit that generates a header including attribute information on transmission data; a data generating unit that has a predetermined processing gain and transmits digital data at a desired frequency band; a pilot generating unit that generates a pilot inserted into the frame for frequency offset compensation; a multiplexer that receives and multiplexes outputs from the preamble generating unit, the SFD/RI generating unit, the header generating unit, the data generating unit, and the pilot generating unit, respectively; and a signal electrode that transmits the output from the multiplexer into a human body.

A method and apparatus for communicating a sound wave is provided. The apparatus includes: a sound wave converter converting a sound wave signal transmitted from a counter apparatus through the human body into an electrical signal when the sound wave is transmitted from the counter apparatus through the human body and converting an electrical signal on data to be output to the counter apparatus into a sound wave; a data processor receiving the converted electrical signal from the sound wave converter and transmitting an electrical signal on the data to be output to the sound wave converter when the data to be output exists; and a switch connected between the sound wave converter and the data processor, the switch transmitting the converted electrical signal to the data processor and transmitting the electrical signal on the data to be output to the sound wave converter. Accordingly, it is possible to efficiently transmit a signal with a low loss of sound wave signal. Thus, it is possible to simply construct communication hardware at a low price.
