A system for providing traffic information according to the present invention comprises: a navigation terminal connected to a mobile communication terminal through the short-range communication network, for executing the traffic information requested and received from an application server; the mobile communication terminal connected to the navigation terminal through the short-range communication network and connected to a service server through a mobile communication network, for transferring data between the navigation terminal and the service server; the service server connected to the mobile communication terminal through the mobile communication network and connected to the application server through the mobile communication network or a wired communication network, for performing authentication for the navigation terminal and the mobile communication terminal and requesting the application server to provide the traffic information requested by the authenticated navigation terminal; and the application server connected to the service server through the mobile communication network or the wired communication network, for providing the traffic information requested by the navigation terminal.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a contents providing system and method for providing data services through a short-range wireless communication network, and a CPNS server and a mobile communication terminal for the same. The contents providing system includes the CPNS server, the mobile communication terminal and an end-point terminal. When the end-point terminal is initially connected to the mobile communication terminal through the short-range wireless communication network, the CPNS server registers information on the end-point terminal as connection history information by matching the end-point terminal information to a corresponding mobile communication terminal. The CPNS server provides response information if either an end-point terminal information request or a contents information request is received from the mobile communication terminal. The mobile communication terminal is connected to at least any one of a plurality of adjacent end-point terminals through the short-range wireless communication network. If a contents transfer request key signal is received while a mobile WEB or WAP service is used, the mobile communication terminal transmits corresponding contents that are played back when the contents transfer request key signal is received to the end-point terminal. The end-point terminal transmits and receives information to and from the mobile communication terminal through the short-range wireless communication network. Therefore, the present invention is effective in that an end-point terminal that does not have a communication function can be provided with specific contents requested by a user while a mobile WEB or WAP service is used on a mobile communication terminal.

A method for communication between first and second coordinator-based wireless networks connected through a backbone network is provided. The method includes receiving a frame indicating data transmission containing information needed for remote channel time allocation (CTA) from a repeater connecting the second coordinator-based wireless network with the backbone network, sending a remote CTA frame in order for the repeater to request CTA from the coordinator within the second coordinator-based wireless network, and receiving a data frame originated from the first coordinator-based wireless network and then provided by the repeater during assigned channel time.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for properly controlling the drive current when driving an Active Matrix OLED (AMOLED) in order to prevent the brightness from being changed due to temperature changes in a panel or the performance deterioration of the OLED. The present invention comprises: an OLED (organic light emitting diode) panel that displays an image; pixel driving circuit including: a drive current control unit that outputs a current control signal corresponding to a detected current supplied to the OLED panel; and a comparator that compares the current control signal with a power supply voltage and outputs a bias voltage; and a transistor that receives the power supply voltage and that supplies a drive current to the OLED panel corresponding to the bias voltage.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for driving an organic light emitting display so as to minimize or prevent a raindrop phenomenon and an afterimage is provided. The apparatus and method determines the driving state of a pixel unit by using a vertical sync signal, and turns on or off the determined driving state of the pixel unit. The supply of the power voltage is sustained when the pixel unit is driven, and is turned off when the pixel unit is not driven. Accordingly, the apparatus and method can minimize or prevent a raindrop phenomenon and an afterimage by turning off the supply of the power voltage when the pixel unit is not driven.

The driving current stabilizing circuit compares the driving voltage supplied to the G organic light emitting diode device with a second reference voltage to control a current, which flows into the G organic light emitting diode device. The driving current stabilizing circuit compares the driving voltage supplied to the B organic light emitting diode device with a third reference voltage to control a current, which flows into the B organic light emitting diode device.
