    Abstract: An aspect of the present disclosure is directed to providing a display apparatus which can prevent corrosion of a wiring. The display apparatus includes a substrate including a display area and a non-display area around the display area. The display apparatus includes pixels in the display area. The display apparatus includes a wiring electrically connected to pixels and extending from the display area to the non-display area. The display apparatus includes a passivation layer covering an end of the wiring in the non-display area. The display apparatus includes an insulation layer on the passivation layer in a thickness direction of the substrate and overlapping the end of the wiring. The passivation layer and the insulation layer provided in the thickness direction of the substrate overlap each other at an end of the wiring.

To this end, respective short portions of the first source-drain metal lines adjacent to each other are connected to each other through a second source-drain metal line disposed in a different layer from a layer of the first source-drain metal lines, such that the first source-drain metal lines and the second source-drain metal lines intersect each other to constitute a mesh structure in a plan view of the display device.
