摘要:
A structure arranged under a floor panel for mounting a tank to be charged with a pressurized-fuel such as natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas in a motorcar of front engine --front drive type is provided. The pressurized-fuel tank installation structure in a motorcar includes a chassis frame formed in a frame-shape for surrounding and supporting the pressurized-fuel tank and attached to a lower surface of the car-body from underside of the floor panel, the pressurized-fuel tank being positioned in the frame-shape and fitted to the chassis frame integrally; a rear wheel suspension provided on the chassis frame; and a pipe arranged along a lower surface of the floor panel for connecting the pressurized-fuel tank and an internal combustion engine with each other.

A fuel cylinder mounting structure of a motorcar wherein a fuel cylinder can be attached together with suspensions and a spare tire easily so that productivity is improved, the vehicle can be made small and light, and reduction of cost can be attempted is provided. The fuel cylinder mounting structure comprises a fuel cylinder for storing compressed fuel gas; a chassis frame having a rectangular frame-like shape, supporting the fuel cylinder and attached to a car-body frame from the bottom; a protection plate fixed to the chassis frame for covering the fuel cylinder from the bottom; suspensions attached to both sides of the chassis frame and modularized with the chassis frame; and a spare tire rack attached under a rear car-body and supporting a spare tire laid down so as to be hung in rear of the protection plate.

A reprogramming gene-loaded Sendai viral vector comprising Sendai virus genes and reprogramming genes, wherein the Sendai virus genes include an NP gene, P/C gene, M gene, F gene, HN gene and L gene, wherein each of the M gene, the F gene and the FIN gene is from a Sendai virus strain Cl.151-derived gene and wherein at least one of the M gene, the F gene and the HN gene is functionally deleted and the L gene encodes the amino-acid sequence of the L protein in which the amino-acid residue at position 1618 is valine and a method of producing the same.
摘要:
Stem cell reprogramming genes cloned into a single sustained expression-type Sendai viral vector are shown to reprogram differentiated somatic cells into induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells without integration of vector sequences into the host cell's genome. The genes are transduced into normal differentiated somatic cells via infection with recombinant Sendai virus. After expression of the reprogramming genes and subsequent induction of pluripotency, the vector genome RNA including the reprogramming genes is removed from the cell to establish an iPS cell that is genetically identical to the parent somatic differentiated cell thus reducing the risk of tumorigenic transformation caused by random integration of vector sequences into the host genome. The method promises to provide safe, autologous iPS cells that can be used for human cell replacement and regeneration therapeutic applications.
