    摘要: This invention provides Cephem compounds having the formula: or an ester, a protected compound at the amino on the ring in the 7-side chain, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or a solvate thereof, a pharmaceutical composition thereof, and a method for treating a bacterial infectious disease with the compound, the ester, the protected compound, the salt, or the solvate thereof, wherein the symbols in the formula are defined in the specification. The compounds exhibit potent antimicrobial spectrum against a variety of bacteria including Gram negative bacteria and/or Gram positive bacteria, preferably beta-lactamase producing Gram negative bacteria, more preferably, multi-drug resistant microbials, in particular, Class B type metallo-beta-lactamase producing Gram negative bacteria, and still preferably extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL) producing bacteria. The compounds most preferably do not exhibit cross-resistance against known Cephem drugs or Carbapenem drugs.

    摘要: Stem cell reprogramming genes cloned into a single sustained expression-type Sendai viral vector are shown to reprogram differentiated somatic cells into induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells without integration of vector sequences into the host cell's genome. The genes are transduced into normal differentiated somatic cells via infection with recombinant Sendai virus. After expression of the reprogramming genes and subsequent induction of pluripotency, the vector genome RNA including the reprogramming genes is removed from the cell to establish an iPS cell that is genetically identical to the parent somatic differentiated cell thus reducing the risk of tumorigenic transformation caused by random integration of vector sequences into the host genome. The method promises to provide safe, autologous iPS cells that can be used for human cell replacement and regeneration therapeutic applications.

    摘要: A fuel cylinder for storing a compressed fuel gas is modularized for mounting and supporting the fuel cylinder easily in a motorcar without reconstructing a conventional car-body and necessitating troublesome fuel pipe arranging work after mounting the fuel cylinder. The modularized fuel cylinder comprises a supporting frame fixed to the fuel cylinder, fuel pipes neighboring the fuel cylinder and a joint box on which the fuel pipes concentrate attached to the supporting frame integrally. The fuel cylinder module is detachably fixed to a car-body side supporting frame provided on a rear floor of the motorcar.

The fuel cylinder mounting structure comprises a fuel cylinder for storing compressed fuel gas; a chassis frame having a rectangular frame-like shape, supporting the fuel cylinder and attached to a car-body frame from the bottom; suspensions attached to both sides of the chassis frame and modularized with the chassis frame; and a spare tire rack attached to the chassis frame and supporting a spare tire laid down and hung under a rear part of the car-body.
