Abstract: Several embodiments of turntable systems for loaded pallets are disclosed. In some embodiments, a first ramp leads up to the turntable and a second ramp leads down from the turntable on the opposite side. In other embodiments, at least two turntables are positioned adjacent one another, optionally with a bridge surface connecting them so that a pallet lift can be driven from one turntable to the other to place one pallet on one turntable and another pallet on the other turntable according to a method disclosed herein. A validation system without a turntable includes a plurality of cameras about a periphery of a platform weight sensor.

Abstract: A lift for a fork tine assembly includes a generally upright frame having at least one handle grip portion at a rearward portion thereof. The handle grip portion is fixed relative to the frame. A lift mechanism is secured to the frame. The lift mechanism is capable of attaching to and raising and lowering at least one fork tine. A plurality of wheels support the frame. The at least one fork tine may be part of a first fork tine assembly that can be selectively removed from the lift and replaced with a different configuration fork tine assembly. An optional shelf is provided on the frame for convenience but may be pivoted out of the way when not in use.

Abstract: A pallet wrapper and imaging system a pallet loaded with containers to calculate a sustainability based upon a type of the pallet and the containers on the pallet. The system also determines the stability of the pallet and containers, a speed at which the pallet and containers can be wrapped, and an amount of stretch film needed to secure the load for transport. After validation by the imaging system (with or without a wrapper), a QC bot assists a QC worker in remedying or checking any detected errors or potential errors.

Abstract: An imaging system and method uses grouping and elimination to label images of unknown items. The items may be stacked together with known or unknown items. The items may be packages, such as packages of beverage containers. A machine learning model may be used to infer skus of the packages. The machine learning model is trained on known skus but is not trained on unknown skus. Multiple images of the same unknown sku are grouped using the machine learning model. Elimination based upon lists of expected skus is used to label each group of unknown skus.

Abstract: A collapsible container includes a base including a first cam surface, a second cam surface, and a third cam surface. A hinge permits vertical translation of a wall relative to the base. The wall includes a first follower, a second follower, and a third follower, wherein the first follower is configured to contact the first cam surface during a first angular interval, wherein the second follower is configured to contact the second cam surface during a second angular interval, and wherein the third follower is configured to contact the third cam surface during a third angular interval. A retractable wall may include a pair of vertical portions defining an opening therebetween. An upper portion and a lower portion may be pivotably connected to the pair of vertical portions. A link having an arm may be pivotably connected to the upper portion and pivotably connected to the lower portion.

Abstract: A pallet includes a deck having an opening therethrough, such that product can be removed through the opening from a box loaded on the deck of a pallet. A plurality of columns support the deck. The box may be supported on the deck over the opening. The bottom wall of the box may be opened though the opening in the deck. The items can then be removed from the box through the opening through the deck without removing the box from the pallet. Optionally, fasteners may secure flaps of the box in corners of the deck of a pallet. According to another feature, a brace having an elongated body portion can be secured to an opening of the pallet, such that the elongated body portion abuts goods that are supported on the deck.

Abstract: A delivery system generates a pick sheet containing a plurality of SKUs based upon an order. A loaded pallet is imaged to identify the SKUs on the loaded pallet, which are compared to the order prior to the loaded pallet leaving the distribution center. The loaded pallet may be imaged while being wrapped with stretch wrap. At the point of delivery, the loaded pallet may be imaged again and analyzed to compare with the pick sheet.
