Abstract: There is provided a rotary cutter for a mower capable of replacing a cord includes: a reel that houses the cord; a cover that covers a case main body; a pressing body that protrudes from the case main body and move in an axial direction by pressing the pressing body to intermittently rotate the reel; and a flange protruding body that protrudes from a surface of a reel flange of the reel and has a concave-convex shape on an outer circumferential side surface of the flange protruding thereof. The flange protruding body and the reel are housed in the cover during grass mowing, the concave-convex shape is a shape for rotating the reel by being gripped by a finger, and a region where there is no obstacle to a movement of the finger when the reel is rotated by gripping the concave-convex shape by the finger is provided outside an outer circumferential surface having the concave-convex shape.

Abstract: A recoil starter includes: a starter case provided with a reel support shaft; and a ratchet guide rotatably attached to the reel support shaft in a state in which a frictional resistance is applied. The ratchet guide includes: a through hole into which the reel support shaft is insertable; and a locking portion configured to be engaged with the reel support shaft on an inner periphery of the through hole. A movement of the ratchet guide in an axial direction of the reel support shaft is restricted in a state in which the locking portion is engaged with the reel support shaft.

Abstract: A rope reel includes first circumferential wall portion that is erectly provided so as to surround outer circumference of recoil spring. A starter case includes second circumferential wall portion that is erectly provided so as to adjoin inner circumferential face or outer circumferential face of first circumferential wall portion. The first circumferential wall portion and the second circumferential wall portion are disposed so that end edges of the first circumferential wall portion and the second circumferential wall portion overlap each other when viewed in radial direction. A plate is disposed between starter case and recoil spring inside first circumferential wall portion. Thus, it is possible to provide structure which is realized in space-saving manner to make foreign substances difficult to intrude into starting device in order to prevent deformation or damage of recoil spring, and from which the foreign substances are easily discharged even if foreign substances have intruded.

Abstract: A recoil starter capable of starting an engine easily has a reduced number of components and a simple structure, and enables miniaturization and a cost reduction. Abstract: A recoil starter having a driving member and a driven member, wherein the driving member further includes recoiling unidirectional rotating means. Abstract: A tilt structure allows the tilt of a console to be changed through simple motion and has a simple configuration. The tilt structure includes: a second frame attached to an upper portion of a first frame and is swingable upward and downward; and a control member attached to the second frame and is tiltable backward and forward through a tilting shaft. The control member includes a guide part with a groove housing a first frame pin. A locked and unlocked state switch to each other by causing the control member to tilt. The locked state includes a pin engaged with any of the engagement parts. The unlocked state includes the pin disengaged. The tilt of the second frame relative to the first frame is changed by engaging the pin with an arbitrary engagement part of any of the engagement parts and changing a distance between the tilting shaft and pin.
