    摘要: An apparatus for a single three-band intenna is provided. The apparatus includes a diplexer being connected to both a first-frequency communication module and a second-frequency communication module, and separating a first-frequency signal and a second-frequency signal from each other so that the two frequency signals share a single communication route; and a switch unit for performing a switching operation so as to connect a communication route either between the intenna and the diplexer, or between the intenna and a third-frequency communication module. The apparatus may include a controller for generating a control signal in order to control the switching operation of the switch unit, wherein the control signal is used to establish a first mode for transmitting/receiving the first-frequency signal or the second-frequency signal, or to establish a second mode for receiving a third-frequency signal.

    摘要: Disclosed is a nuclease-resistant RNA aptamer for inhibiting the replication of HCV replicon. This aptamer is capable of binding specifically to HCV NS5B and inhibiting the proliferation of the HCV replicon, and includes at least one sequence selected from a group consisting of SEQ ID NOS. 1 to 4, in which a fluoro group is substituted for 2′-hydroxy of both U (uracil) and C (cytosine) bases, and SEQ ID NO. 17, in which the fluoro group is substituted for the 2′-hydroxy of both the U (uracil) and the C (cytosine) bases, and which is tagged with a cholesteryl group at a 5′ end and with idT at a 3′ end. The RNA aptamer is useful in the diagnosis and treatment of HCV infection.

    摘要: A dual band antenna unit for a mobile device may include an antenna receiving part, a first antenna part having a first contact point and a second contact point, a second antenna part, a first feed point and a second feed point. The second antenna part may be formed integrally with the first antenna part and may extend from the first antenna part. The second antenna part may be extractably and retractably mounted in the mobile device. The first antenna part and the second antenna part may have resonant frequencies of different frequency bands. When the second antenna part is extracted, the first contact point may contact the first feed point. When the second antenna part is retracted, the second contact point may contact the second feed point. The mobile device may operate in different frequency bands using a single antenna unit, thereby allowing freedom of internal design and meeting the demand for miniaturization.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an aptazyme comprising an aptamer for hepatitis C virus (HCV) RNA-encoding component; a hammerhead ribozyme comprising an antisense sequence to microRNA at the site released by self-cleavage; and a communication module sequence that connects the aptamer and hammerhead ribozyme and triggers a self-cleavage activity of the hammerhead ribozyme upon binding of the aptamer with the HCV RNA-encoding component. The present aptazyme inhibits microRNA activity specifically in HCV proliferating cells and thus a composition of the present invention comprising the aptazyme can be effectively used for treatment of HCV-related diseases.
