    摘要: Provided is a method of processing and transmitting transport stream packets and processing the transmitted transport stream packets. A time stamp is generated in a medium access control (MAC) layer based on time information managed by the MAC layer, and a data frame including the transport stream packets is retransmitted based on an algorithm different from that used for a general data frame when a transmission error occurs. Therefore, there is no need to transmit and receive additional synchronization packets in order to precisely transmit the transport stream packets between transmitting and receiving terminals, and it is possible to reduce performance deterioration caused by latency and jitter.

    摘要: Provided is a wireless communication device for receiving a mobile broadcasting signal and transmitting/receiving a Bluetooth® signal through a single antenna, which allows separation of the two signals using a difference in their frequency bands. A diplexer separates the signals using different band-pass filters. The signals are respectively input into a mobile broadcasting module and a Bluetooth® module. The wireless communication device allows reception of mobile broadcasting and Bluetooth signals within different frequency bands through a single antenna, thus achieving a compact and thin device with a reduced antenna mounting space.

    摘要: Provided is an allosteric trans-splicing group I ribozyme whose target-specific RNA replacement activity is controlled by theophylline, wherein the hTERT-targeting trans-splicing ribozyme recognizes mRNA of human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) as a cancer-specific RNA transcript to bind a theophylline aptamer to an hTERT target trans-splicing ribozyme via a communication module, the hTERT target trans-splicing ribozyme having a verified trans-splicing ability. The allosteric trans-splicing group I ribozyme may be useful to selectively diagnose only cancer cells that express target hTERT RNA, or induce their apoptosis since the activity of the allosteric trans-splicing group I ribozyme is dependently controlled by theophylline to correct target hTERT RNA by the trans-splicing reaction.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a semiconductor device. In more detail of the aforementioned method, a first mask layer covering a cell region is formed on an insulation layer in the cell region. Meanwhile, a second mask layer is formed in a peripheral circuit region with a predetermined distance from the first mask layer. The insulation layer is then etched with use of the first and the second mask layers as an etch mask to form a spacer at both sidewalls of each gate line pattern in the peripheral region and simultaneously form a guard beneath the second mask layer. The first and the second mask layers are removed thereafter. Next, a third mask layer opening the cell region but covering the whole regions including a guard region in the peripheral circuit region is formed. A wet etching process is performed to the insulation layer remaining in the cell region by using the third mask layer as an etch mask.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are a recombinant adenovirus comprising tissue-specific promoters and trans-splicing ribozymes targeting tumor-specific genes, and uses thereof. More specifically, disclosed herein are a recombinant adenovirus comprising (1) a tissue-specific promoter, (2) a trans-splicing ribozyme acting on tumor-specific genes operably linked to the promoter, and (3) a therapeutic or reporter gene linked to 3′ exon of the ribozyme, an anticancer pharmaceutical composition comprising the same, and a composition for cancer diagnosis comprising the same.The recombinant adenovirus exhibits high specificity and significantly improved therapeutic efficacy to gene targeted tissues. Accordingly, the recombinant adenovirus is useful as a gene delivery vector for anticancer agents or cancer diagnostics.

The portable terminal includes a first switch unit and a second switch unit. The first switch unit selectively separates one of a CDMA RX signal and a JCDMA RX signal from a signal received through an antenna and outputs the separated signal to a low-noise amplifier. The second switch unit separates a frequency band of the selected communication system from an output signal of the LNA to select a specific-band signal and outputs the specific-band signal to a mixer.
