摘要： A protective sleeve for a food thermometer having a probe for insertion into a food is disclosed. The sleeve includes a first body and a second body rotatably positioned within the first body. Each body includes opposing open ends and a sidewall there between, with the second body having indicia displayed thereon. An opening within the sidewall of the first body allows the indicia, which are preferably related to cooking instructions, on the sidewall of the second body to be read.

摘要： A hulling device for removing the stem and leaves on small fruits, such as strawberries, the device having an ergonomic handle and a tubular cutting member, is set forth herein. The cutting member is comprised of a cutting end and is securely attached to the handle at a shoulder which assists in preventing complete coring of the fruit. The tubular cutting member having a length which is less than the length of the handle also facilitates prevention of coring edible fruit flesh from the strawberry.

摘要： A frozen beverage dispensing unit includes a first replaceable frozen beverage module, a second replaceable frozen beverage module, a plumbing module, and a dispensing module. The dispensing module includes a programmable dispensing manifold for preparing frozen beverages in accordance with dispensing profiles. In an embodiment, a rotating turn table turns a beverage container in accordance with a dispensing profile. The dispensing profile includes instructions for layering of contents of different frozen beverage modules being placed in a beverage container. Moreover, the contents of different food add-in modules may also be added to the beverage container based on the selected dispensing profile.

The stand is capable of connecting to an instrument, and the biasing element, preferably formed by at least two legs, is also connected to the body, wherein when contacting a surface the legs bias the body in a direction opposite the surface. The hook member connects to one of either a leg or the body, such that the hook member is capable of engaging the surface to thereby oppose the bias by the legs.
